Objective: To analyze the drug therapy of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)and the influencing factors,in order to get better guidance of the clinical drug therapy.Methods: A total of 617 patients with chronic heart failure in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January 1,2014 to January 1,2015,Record basic information and drug treatment et al.Results: The average age of patients was at 70 years with 47.8%male,52.2%female.The average left ventricular ejection fraction was 51%,and 57.2% of them with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF,LVEF ?50%).There were 61.2% with hypertension,41.5% with coronary artery disease(CAD),and 38.6% with atrial fibrillation(AF).In terms of medication,There were 72.6% patients treated by oral loop diuretics,63.9% used ACEI/ARB/Combinations,58.8% used beta-blockers,48.1%used spironolactone,21.7% received golden triangle drugs treatment.The use of golden triangle drugs is related to age,renal insufficiency,heart rate,and blood pressure.Conclusion: The guided medications for heart failure treatment areinsufficient,which is need further improvement.The use of golden triangle of heart failure is affected by many factors.
