Objective: To study the patients with chronic heart failure cardiac resynchronization therapy(CRT),the influence factors of response. Methods: from January 2014 to January 2017 in our hospital cardiac resynchronization therapy of 50 cases of patients with chronic heart failure as the research object, summarize the patients as a result, the analysis of the differences of the CRT response do not reply with CRT in patients, summary of chronic heart failure, the factors affecting the response of patients with CRT.Result: 50 cases of patients with respondents 35 cases,15 cases no answer.Respondents in ischemic cardiomyopathy in 5 cases(14.3%),dilated cardiomyopathy,30 cases(85.7%),the electric axis left 11 cases(31.4%),FQRS wave 21 cases(60.0%),compared with no respondents are statistically significant(P < 0.05).Respondents with no respondents in LA,LVESD,atrial perception scale also has statistical significance(P < 0.05).Many factors Logistic regression analysis, according to the results of ischemic cardiomyopathy,LA,electrical axis to left, wave FQRS atrial sensing ratio were independent factors of responses in patients with chronic heart failure. Conclusion: preoperative patients with chronic heart failure of ischemic cardiomyopathy and whether there is any left, left atrial diameter increases, the electric axis FQRS wave, atrial sensing proportion reduced, etc.,are all affecting its cardiac resynchronization therapy response of the most important factors.
