Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of TSPOT.TB in children with tuberculosis. Methods: The results of 2347 children were selected from the children's hospital of Chongqing medical university from January 2017 to December 2017,and the diagnostic value of TSPOT.TB in children with tuberculosis was analyzed based on the case data. Results: In this study, the sensitivity was 84.0%,the specificity was 99.1%,the positive predictive value was 93.1%,and the negative predictive value was 97.8%.To the area under the ROC curve of TSPOT.TB,the AUC value of A antigen(ESAT-6)was 0.893,P < 0.05,the differences were statistically significant. The AUC of B antigen(CFP-10)was 0.883,P < 0.05,the differences were statistically significant. With the increase of the number of A antigen and B antigen blowhole in TSPOT.TB,the positive rate of TSPOT.TB in children was also increased, but there was no clear linear relationship.TSPOT.TB has a highly sensitive to childhood tuberculosis when the number of A or B antigens is greater than 50.Among the positive group of TSPOT.TB in the tuberculosis group, its sensitivity within the pulmonary tuberculosis is better than the extra pulmonary tuberculosis,P < 0.05,the differences were statistically significant.Among children with tuberculosis of different ages, the sensitivity to TSPOT.TB increased with age. Conclusion: 1.TSPOT.TB has high diagnostic value in children with tuberculosis. Its diagnostic value within the pulmonary tuberculosis is better than the extra pulmonary tuberculosis. It is more valuable for older children with tuberculosis than younger children with tuberculosis.2.With the increase of the number of A antigen and B antigen blowhole in TSPOT.TB,the positive rate of TSPOT.TB in children was also increased, but there was no clear linear relationship.TSPOT.TB has a highly sensitive to childhood tuberculosis when the number of A or B antigens is greater than 50.
