With the advancement of medical technology,the types of diseases which can be operated by operation are increasing,general anesthesia is a common anesthetic method,and hypotension occurs in the process of general anesthesia.In the treatment of hypotension,the use of?-adrenergic receptor agonist gradually increased,the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of intravenous infusion of norepinephrine on the hemodynamics and BIS value in different population during induction of general anesthesia,it is helpful to guide clinical medication.Part 1:Effect of preinjection of norepinephrine on hemodynamics and BIS value during induction of general anesthesiaObjective:To investigate the effect of intravenous infusion of norepinephrine on hemodynamics and BIS value in middle-aged and young people during the induction of general anesthesia.Methods:Two hundred patients undergoing general anesthesia were selected,aged 18?64 yr,ASA grade?or?,BMI18?24kg/m~2,cardiac function grade(NYHA)?,were randomly divided into five groups(n=40 each):control group(A),noradrenaline 0.5?g/kg(B),noradrenaline 1.0?g/kg(C),noradrenaline 1.5?g/kg(D),noradrenaline 2.0?g/kg(E).During the induction period of general anesthesia,the five groups were given normal saline,noradrenaline 0.5?g/kg,noradrenaline 1.0?g/kg,noradrenaline 1.5?g/kg,noradrenaline 2.0?g/kg after propofol administration.The blood pressure,heart rate and BIS value were recorded before anesthesia induction(T0),1min after injection of propofol(T1),instant tracheal intubation(T2),1min after intubation(T3),3 min after intubation(T4),5 min after intubation(T5),and carries on the comparative analysis.Results:In the T1?T5,the five groups of patients with blood pressure mean group E>group D>group C>group B>group A,and heart rate mean group E<group D<group C<group B<group A,the incidence of hypotension in group A was much higher than group D and group E(P<0.05),the incidence of hypertension and bradycardia was significantly higher in group E than in the remaining four groups(P<0.05).There was no difference in the BIS value at any time(p>0.05).Conclusion:Intravenous infusion of noradrenaline 1.5?g/kg during induction of general anesthesia can make the patient's hemodynamics more stable,the incidence of bad hair should be the lowest and the BIS value of the patients will not be affected.Part 2:Effect of preinjection of norepinephrine on hemodynamics and BIS value in elderly patients during induction of general anesthesiaObjective:To investigate the effect of intravenous infusion of norepinephrine on hemodynamics and BIS in elderly population during induction of general anesthesia.Methods:One hundred and sixty patients undergoing general anesthesia were selected,,aged?65yr,ASA grade?or?,BMI18?24kg/m~2,cardiac function grade(NYHA)?,were randomly divided into four groups(n=40 each):control group(A),noradrenaline 0.5?g/kg(B),noradrenaline 1.0?g/kg(C),noradrenaline 1.5?g/kg(D).During the induction period of general anesthesia,the four groups were given normal saline,noradrenaline 0.5?g/kg,noradrenaline 1.0?g/kg,noradrenaline 1.5?g/kg after propofol administration.The blood pressure,heart rate and BIS value were recorded before anesthesia induction(T0),1min after injection of propofol(T1),instant tracheal intubation(T2),1 min after intubation(T3),3 min after intubation(T4),5 min after intubation(T5),and carries on the comparative analysis.Results:In the T1?T5,the four groups of patients with blood pressure mean group D>group C>group B>group A,and heart rate mean group D<group C<group B<group A,the incidence of hypotension in group A was much higher than group C and group D(P<0.05),the incidence of hypertension and bradycardia was significantly higher in group D than in the remaining three groups(P<0.05).There was no difference in the BIS value at any time(p>0.05).Conclusion:Intravenous infusion of noradrenaline 1.0?g/kg during induction of general anesthesia can make the hemodynamics of senile patients more stable,the incidence of bad hair should be the lowest and the BIS value will not be affected.
