Objective:To study the correlation of serum Sfrp5 with left ventricular structure and function in patients with T2 DM and different classification of blood pressure. Methods:A total of 240 subjects who were in the Endocrine Department of Baoding NO.1 Central Hospital during October 2016 to October2018,were divided into T2 DM without hypertension group(DC gr oup,n=60),T2 DM with grade 1 hypertension group(DH1 group,n=60),T2 DM with grade 2 hypertension group(DH2 group,n=60),T2 DM with grade 3 hypertension group(DH3 group,n=60).Meanwhlie he althy people who had physical examination were selected as normal control group(NC group,n=60).Age,hight,wight,heart rate, the duration of T2 DM and hypertension of subjects were collected, and then BMI was calculated.FBG,ALT,TC,TG,Scr,HbA1 c,and Sfrp5 were determined.Simultaneously,LVEDD,LAD,IVST,LVPWT,LVEF,E value, and A value were measured and the ratio of E value and A value,LVM,and LVMI were calculated. The content of Sfrp5 and clinical indicators were compared by one-way ANOVA.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between Sfrp5 and clinical indicators, and then using multiple linear stepwise regression analysis to analyze the date.P<0.05 had statistical significance.Results:1.The level of IVST,LVPWT,LVEDD,LAD,and LVMI in DC group ascended, while LVEF and E/A declined compared with that in NC group(P<0.05).2.LVEDD,LAD,and LVMI kept the elevating trend, while LVEF,E/A,and Sfrp5 maintained a declining standard in DH1,DH2,and DH3 group along with the increasing classification of pressure(P<0.05).3.Pearson correlation analysis showed that LVMI,SBP,DBP,FBG,and HbA1 c were negatively correlated with the concentration of Sfrp5(P<0.05).Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that LVMI,SBP,and DBP were independent factors affecting the serum Sfrp5(P<0.05).Conclusion:With the increasing classification of blood pressure, the serum Sfrp5 decreased and the degree of left ventricular hypertrophy gradually increased in diabetic patients. Thus Sfrp5 may play a positive role in the change of left ventricular structure and function in patients with T2 DM and hypertension. |
