Objective:Endometrial cancer is one of the three major malignant tumors in women, second only to cervical cancer. At present, surgical methods for endometrial cancer are mainly open surgery and minimally invasive surgery.By analyzing the endometrial cancer patients who underwent laparoscopic and open surgery in Zhongda Hospital from April 2014 to December 2016,it investigates the differences in the effects between the two surgical procedures. Methods:Screening of endometrial cancer patients undergoing surgery in our hospital from April 2014 to December 2016 is divided into laparoscopic group and laparotomy group.Surgery was performed by team of Zhongda Hospital gynecologists under the same hardware conditions. The preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative clinical data is collected and all the patients are followed up.All data are analyzed using SPSS 20 statistical software.Results:1?Of the 59 patients with endometrial cancer,34 are in the laparoscopic group and 25 in the open group. There is no statistical difference between the two groups before surgery(P ? 0.05).There is statistically significant difference in intraoperative blood loss, blood transfusion rate, and postoperative anal exhaustion time between the two groups(P<0.05).There is no statistical difference in survival, recurrence rate, etc.during and after surgery(P>0.05).No intraoperative complications occur in either group. The laparoscopic group has better postoperative pain than the laparotomy group.2?Of 26 patients with previous history of abdominal surgery are divided into the laparoscopic and laparotomy group, each group has 13 patients. There is no statistical difference between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).There is statistically significant difference between the two groups in postoperative anal exhaust, pelvic drainage tube placement days,hospitalization(P<0.05),and there is no statistical difference in survival rate, recurrence rate, etc.during and after operation(P>0.05).No intraoperative complications occur in either group. The laparoscopic group had better postoperative pain than the laparotomy group.Conclusion:1.Compared with laparotomy, laparoscopic surgery has the advantages of less bleeding, low intraoperative blood transfusion rate, and rapid recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal tract, and does not prolong the operation time.2.Laparoscopic surgery has the same effect in lymph node dissection, postoperative survival time and recurrence rate with open surgery in endometrial cancer.3.For patients with greater difficulty in surgery, wound recovery, gastrointestinal function recovery after laparoscopic surgery are faster, and the length of hospitalization after surgery is shorter.
