Aeromedical emergency transport is a very typical application scenario of aviation emergency rescue in the civilian field.Some developed countries have established a mature aeromedical emergency transport and rescue system.Due to the late start of the development of China's general aviation emergency rescue industry,there is a big gap between China and some developed countries.In order to effectively utilize the limited rescue resources,this paper combines data mining technology and complex modeling and simulation technology to propose a real-time misson evaluation idea from “point prediction” to “structure prediction”.A real-time mission evaluation mechanism for general aeromedical emergency transport is established,which evaluates the rescue mission in real time during the medical transfer mission,and provides decisions for relevant personnel.Firstly,based on historical training data and task execution data,"Point prediction" is put forward to predict the possible time-consuming situation of each rescue module during the implementation of this transfer mission,which provides data support for the real-time mission evaluation research of aeromedical emergency transshipment.Secondly,the mutual influence mechanism of each rescue module is established from the micro level,and the simulation model of the general aeromedical emergency transfer mission system is constructed.The rescue modules are closely coordinated according to the rescue process,that is,the “body” construction phase.Finally,the time-consuming data of each rescue module of the professional rescuers,the data of the real-time mission and other data are used as the inputs of the general aeromedical emergency transport mission simulation model,the execution status of the key rescue nodes are used as output the model,and predict the implementation results of this medical transshipment misson,and provide decision-making support for the relevant responsible person on whether to accept the application.which means the "body prediction".The innovations include:(1)The paper fills the gap in the field of real-time mission assessment of emergency aeromedical transshipment in China.(2)The paper combines system dynamics technology and multi-agent simulation technology to establish a simulation model of general aeromedical emergency transshipment mission system.(3)Based on the existing point-to-point evaluation ideas,the data mining technology and complex system modeling and simulation technology are combined to establish a real-time evaluation mechanism of general aeromedical emergency medical transshipment.
