Currently,there are increasing challenges in healthcare field,such as doctor-patient contradiction,medical resources limitation,high-quality doctors resource maldistribution,especially the scarce status of experts and senior doctors.On the other hand,patients are highly expecting for the quality and effectiveness of medical diagnosis and put forward the higher request,and symptoms tend to be more complex,need a doctor treats as a whole,the multidisciplinary collaboration to diagnosis more diseases.This requirement of expert collaboration is not just in one hospital internal,but also required in cross-regional collaboration between different hospitals.As we can see there're increasing requirement for multidisciplinary consultation at most large hospitals,which can reduce the limitation by single doctor diagnosis,accordingly there are much higher requirements for the supporting platform.Although some large hospitals have deployed remote medical diagnosis system,but the overall utilization rate is not high,the reason is that the traditional platform mainly have shortages,such as,not convenient to access,lack of the continuity of patient information management,poor patient data integration,difficulty in execution of MDT rules and standards,etc.Aiming at the shortages and reasons above,we put forward using socialized instant messaging platform,which integrated hospital information system,such as automatic triage,patients with hologram,to design a new social multidisciplinary teamwork(MDT)platform.The specific research work summary as below:1.Using socialized instant messaging platform to design a new MDT consultation mode.The model provides the online simulation video conferencing and social collaboration ability,as a real-time and non-real-time consultation of the underlying platform.The platform supports multiple terminal accessing,especially the mobile visiting,which can improve the platform's convenience and usability.2.Integrating automatic triage and patients with hologram as data support for the MDT process.Triage system based on intelligent triage model which refer to the disease classification standards released by healthcare ministry,this can achieve rapid collecting information of patients with symptoms and signs.Which could be using to disease condition classifying and MDT requirements judgement.Patient hologram system is built on a centralized patient data platform,and seamless docking with the MDT platform,to provide a full range of patient information data within the MDT process.3.Leveraging software system to optimize the workflow management of MDT process.Mixing MDT management system and process requirements when design system software function,which can achieve the whole closed-loop management and traceability.As of now,the platform has complete development as pilot run in a domestic large-scale grade A class 3 hospital,got the good feedback of users.For next step,we will continue to optimize the platform function module,make it more in line with the user habits.Planning to expand to more large medical institutions from the pilot hospital.
