Study On The Vascular Stent Heat Treatment Furnace And Its Technology Of Central Intelligent Monitoring System

Stent interventional treatment of coronary heart disease has developed rapidly in recent years,with the continuous increase of market demand of the vascular stent,vascular stent manufacturing industry in China is also in a period of rapid development.Vacuum heat treatment is an important process in the manufacture of vascular stent,and the intelligent level of the manufacturing process is still low.In order to meet the needs of large quantities of production,improve the intelligence of operation monitoring and realize the remote monitoring on vacuum heat treatment furnace,it is necessary and significant to raise the reliability,efficiency,convenience of the equipment's monitoring.This thesis studied the components and operation principle of vacuum heat treatment furnace,which include four major subsystems: heating system,vacuum system,control system and auxiliary system.Using functional decomposition method to identify the normal operation state's characterization of the vacuum heat treatment furnace: vacuum level,vacuum leaked rate(vacuum warm-up time),pumping capacity of the vacuum(temperature of the cold pump),the temperature in the furnace cavity,pressure of the process gas,water pressure from the chiller,leakage of the circulating water pipe etc..Based these,established hardware systems to acquire the signals of the operation characterization of the vacuum heat treatment furnace.And then use the professional monitoring software Kingview to realize data processing,abnormal display,remote access,data storage and other functions for the vacuum heat treatment furnace.This thesis describes the method and process of creating the hardware and software of the intelligent central monitoring system on vacuum heat treatment furnace,and completes the intelligent monitoring system.
