Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Stagnated Qi Transforming Into Fire Behcet's Disease With Jiawei Xiaoyao San

Objective : This topic used Jiawei Xiaoyao San to treat liver qi stagnation,smoldering heat-type Behcet's disease,observe the changes of TCM syndrome score table before and after treatment,and the changes of related laboratory test indicators,etc.,confirming the addition and subtraction control of Jiawei Xiaoyao San.It has a good effect on improving the clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators of patients with qi stagnation type Behcet's disease.Provide a reliable method for the treatment of this disease in the future.Research methods: 50 patients with rheumatism and stagnation type Behcet's disease in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which met the research criteria of the subject.They were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group,with 25 people in each group.The treatment group was given the traditional Chinese medicine decoction plus Xiaoyao San addition and subtraction,and the control group was treated with thalidomide tablets.The two groups were treated continuously for 2 months.The data is then collected.After statistical analysis,there was no significant difference between the two groups of patients,and they were comparable.Before and after treatment,the total effective rate,symptoms,physical scores,laboratory efficacy indicators,safety indicators and adverse reactions,and the patient's follow-up after 1 year were observed to evaluate the effects of the two treatment options.Result:(1)The treatment regimen of the treatment group(addition of Xiaoyao Sanjiao)is superior to the control group(thalidomide tablets)in the overall treatment of patients with qi stagnation and fire type Behcet's disease.(2)The improvement of oral ulcer,vulvar ulcer,digestive tract ulcer and dry mouth and mouth pain was the most obvious in the treatment group,and the patient's discomfort was significantly relieved.Thalidomide tablets can also effectively alleviate the clinical discomfort of patients with qi stagnation type Behcet's disease,but the treatment group(plus Wei Xiaoyao addition andsubtraction)treatment plan is significantly better than the control group(thalidomide tablets))Treatment programs.(3)In the reduction of laboratory indicators(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein),the treatment group(plus Wei Xiaoyao addition and subtraction)treatment plan was significantly better than the control group(thalidomide tablets)treatment.(4)Both groups were safer,but the control group had mild adverse reactions.(5)The treatment group in the treatment group for 2 months of Jiawei Xiaoyao San treatment is also superior to the control group in taking the treatment plan of thalidomide for 2 months in reducing the rate of referral of patients with Behcet's disease(qi-stagnation type).The treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant after data analysis.Conclusion: 1.Jiawei Xiaoyao San has a good effect on controlling and improving the clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators of patients with qi stagnation type Behcet's disease.2.Adding and reducing Xiaoyao San is safe and reliable.3,can reduce the rate of returning patients within 1 year after treatment.
