Clinical Observation Of Shock Wave Combined With Flurbiprofen Gel Paste In The Treatment Of Supraspinatus Tendonitis

Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of shock wave combined with flurbiprofengel paste in the treatment of supraganglia ten donitis under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine meridian theory and human anatomy theory.The purpose of this study is to provide scientific and effective basis and complete theoretical support for the treatment of supraspinatus tendonitis.Methods: in this study,60 patients with supraspinatus tendonitis were collected from the three outpatients of bone injury in the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine.The time range is limited from March 2017 to October2018.The methods of grouping were as follows: 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups: shock wave combined with flurbiprofengel paste group(n = 30)and acupuncture combined with flurbiprofengel paste group(n = 30).By observing the changes of shoulder pain and range of motion between the two groups before and after treatment,the therapeutic effects of shock wave combined with flurbiprofengel paste and acupuncture combined with flurbiprofengel paste were analyzed.The measured results are statistically analyzed,and finally a conclusion is drawn.Yvonggu.Results:1.The quantitative table was obtained by ROM score of shoulder motion and VAS score of visual simulation of pain,and the sample selection data of treatment group and control group before treatment were analyzed.0.05,indicating that there is no statistical significance,the data samples are comparable.2.The quantitative table was obtained by ROM score of shoulder range of motion and visual simulation VAS of pain between the treatment group and the control group,and the data before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group were analyzed.It can be concluded that P < 0.05,indicating that there are differences in the results of the two groups,and the difference is statistically significant.The results showed that the treatment of the two groups had a certain effect.3.Through the shoulder range of motion ROM score and pain visual simulation VAS score after treatment,we can get the quantitative table,and analyze the data of the treatment group and the control group after treatment,we can draw the conclusion that the data of the two groups are statistically different.The VAS score of pain in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the ROM score of shoulder motion in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.4.The total effective rate of shock wave combined with flurbipr ofengel paste in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The clinical effect of shock wave combined with flurbiprofengel paste in the treatment of supraganglia tendonitis is significant,which can significantly improve the shoulder pain of patients.2.the treatment group of shock wave combined with flurbiprofenel paste was better than the control group of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with flurbiprofengel paste in the treatment of supraganglionic tendonitis.
