| Objective:Analyze and understand the factors of fear emotion in facial acne patients receiving the fire acupuncture therapy for the first time by consulting the literature.Adopt the intervention measures during the fire acupuncture treatment according to these factors.Observe and compare the effect of different intervention measures including usual nursing, painless acupuncture and the auricular acupressure on patients’fear.Provide reference for fire acupuncture therapy. Methods:From June 2018 to January 2019,120 patients who were admitted to the dermatology clinic of the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as subjects. These patients should be diagnosed as acne, received fire acupuncture treatment and met the inclusion criteria. The patients were divided into three groups randomly, each group consist of 40 patients. The control group was treated with routine nursing.Experimental group A was treated with painless acupuncture on the basis of routine nursing, while experimental group B was treated with routine nursing, painless acupuncture and auricular point pressing. The patients were given intervention during the fire acupuncture treatment.VAS was used to evaluate the patients’fear score of fire acupuncture therapy before and after intervention.VAS was used to evaluate the pain score of the patients treated with fire acupuncture after nursing intervention. The experimental data were input into SPSS20.0software for analysis and processing.Result:1.There was no significant difference in age,sex and degree of education among the three groups by?~2test(P>0.05).There was no significant difference of the fear scores before intervention among the three groups by non-parametric test(P>0.05).The three groups were comparable.2.Comparison of patients’fear scores before and after intervention in each of the three groups by non-parametric test,The results showed that there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).The fear scores after intervention in the three groups were significantly lower than those before intervention.3.To compare the difference value of fear score before and after intervention among the three groups by non-parametric test. The results showed that there was statistical difference(P<0.05).There was a difference in the difference value of patients’fear scores before and after the intervention among the three groups.By multiple comparisons among the three groups, the results showed that there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).There was a difference in the difference value of patients’fear scores before and after the intervention between any two groups of the three groups. The difference value of fear score among the three groups:experimental group B>experimental group A>control group. The results showed that the degree of decrease of fear score after intervention in experimental group B was significantly higher than that in experimental group A,and the degree of decrease in group A was significantly higher than that in control group.4.To compare the pain score after intervention among the three groups by non-parametric test. The results showed that there was statistical difference(P<0.05).There were differences in pain scores after intervention among the three groups.By multiple comparisons among the three groups, the results showed that there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).There was a difference in the pain scores after intervention between any two groups of the three groups. The pain score of the three groups:experimental group B<experimental group A<control group. The results showed that the pain score of group B after intervention was significantly lower than group A and group A was significantly lower than control group.5.Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a positive rank correlation between pain score and fear score after intervention, indicating that there was a positive correlation between pain score and fear score after intervention.6.The results of experimental group B were further analyzed. There was no significant difference in fear score between patients of different genders, different ages and patients with different educational levels before intervention(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in the degree of decrease of fear score among patients of different genders, different ages and patients with different educational levels in experimental group B.Conclusion:1.Painless acupuncture can relieve the fear of facial acne patients and relieve the pain degree of patients who received fire acupuncture for the first time.2.Painless acupuncture combined with auricular point pressing can relieve the fear of facial acne patients treated with fire acupuncture for the first time and reduce the degree of pain better. |
