Objective:In this study,we used polycystic ovary-induced infertility as a carrier to observe the difference in clinical efficacy between western medicine and western medicine combined with acupuncture in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome infertility, and to explore the effect of acupuncture on pregnancy outcome. Methods:A randomized controlled clinical study was conducted in which 64 patients with PCOS infertility who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups according to a 1:1 ratio and randomly assigned to the treatment group(acupuncture plus clomiphene)and the control group(gram Romy Fen). Both groups received oral clomiphene from the 5th day of the menstrual cycle, once a day,50 mg / time, for 5 days. There is no dominant follicle in this cycle, and the dose of clomiphene in the next menstrual period is increased to 100 mg each time,up to 150 mg.The treatment group cooperated with acupuncture treatment, with Guanyuan,Zhongji, uterus and Sanyinjiao as the main points, leaving the needle for 30 minutes,3 times a week. The two groups of subjects were treated for a maximum of 3 menstrual cycles. The pregnancy rate, live birth rate, pregnancy loss rate and TVS monitoring indicators and laboratory indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:1.Effect of two treatment regimens on pregnancy outcome in patients with PCOSThe treatment group had 15(48%)pregnancies,13(42%)live births,2(13%)lost pregnancy, and 7(23%)pregnant,5 patients in the control group.(17%)live birth,2 cases(29%)lost pregnancy. The pregnancy rate and live birth rate of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pregnancy loss rate between the two groups(P>0.05).2.The impact of two treatment options on TVS monitoring indicators in patients with PCOSAfter treatment, the endometrial thickness and follicle diameter of the treatment group were increased(P<0.05),and the follicle diameter of the control group was increased(P<0.05),but the endometrial thickness was not significantly improved(P>0.05);After treatment, the improvement of TVS monitoring index in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.The impact of two treatment options on laboratory indicators of PCOS patientsAfter treatment, the subjects in the treatment group improved LH,FSH,LH/FSH,SHBG,FAI,FBG,FINS and HOMA-IR(P<0.05),but there was no significant change in E2 and T(P>0.05).There was no significant improvement in the laboratory indexes of the control subjects(P>0.05).After treatment, the improvement of LH,SHBG,FBG and HOMA-IR in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of FSH,LH/FSH,E2,T,FAI and FINS(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture can significantly increase the effect of clomiphene on the pregnancy rate and live birth rate of PCOS infertility patients.2.acupuncture can significantly improve the effect of clomiphene on the endometrial thickness and follicle diameter of PCOS infertility patients, thus improving the patient's pregnancy.3.Acupuncture can effectively improve the levels of LH,SHBG,FBG and HOMA-IR in patients with PCOS infertility.
