| Objective:By studying the qi and invigorating qi and intestinal flora in patients with type2 diabetes mellitus metabolic product and the effect of a comprehensive understanding of intestinal flora in patients with diabetes,the change rule of metabolites through experiments in vivo stilbene compound on the change of intestinal flora in patients with metabolites,thus further clear ginseng and astragalus compound involved in mediation mechanism of blood sugar,and provide ideas for the development of new oral glucose-lowering drugs to expand and improve the use of ginseng and astragalus compound,effect of ginseng and astragalus compound new research and development provide a new way of thinking to explain the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine compound provides new evidence chain,for the subsequent research of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and diabetes intestinal flora interaction provides the basis.Methods:Selected 80 cases randomly divided into experimental group and observation group and control group based intervention: two groups were given health education,the participants lifestyle intervention,make corresponding regulations to diet and exercise,and with the instruction manual Observation group patients give ginseng and astragalus compound,3 times a day,in warm boiled water a blunt within 30 minutes before meals 4weeks,two groups of patients during treatment does not use antibiotics immune regulator and other probiotics and the influence of gastrointestinal drug to observe the two groups before and after treatment in patients with intestinal metabolic product of change,and compare the clinical curative effect.Result:(1)by Pearson chi-square test,there was no significant difference in age,BMI,FBG,2h PG and TCM symptom score between the two groups before treatment,which was comparable.(2)there was no statistical difference in FPG,2h PG and HBAlc between the two groups before the experiment,which was comparable.FPG,2h PG and HBAlc in the two groups decreased after treatment,with significant difference(P < 0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),indicating that the blood glucose level of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.(3)after treatment,TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased,with significant difference(P < 0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05),indicating that the TCM syndrome integral level was significantly better in the TCM treatment group than in the control group.(4)there was no significant difference in endotoxin content between the experimental group and the control group before treatment,which was comparable.The endotoxin content of the two groups increased after treatment,which was significantly different from that before treatment(P < 0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),indicating that the endotoxin content of patients in the TCM treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group.(5)the contents of short-chain fatty acids,secondary fatty acids and indoles in the experimental group and the control group had no statistically significant difference before treatment,which was comparable.The contents of short-chain fatty acids,secondary fatty acids and indoles in the two groups were increased after treatment,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),indicating that the content of secondary bile acid in patients with elevation in the TCM treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:Shenqi compound is used to treat patients with type 2 diabetes with deficiency of qi and Yin and deficiency of spleen and blood stasis syndrome.It can reduce fasting blood glucose,blood glucose 2 hours after meals,glycosylated hemoglobin,endotoxin levels of inflammatory factors,and increase the contents of short-chain fatty acids,bile acids and indoles,metabolites of intestinal flora of patients.The clinical symptoms of patients with diabetes were significantly improved. |
