Clinical Study Of Dachaihu Decoction Foundation Combined With Gemcitabine And Teggio In The Treatment Of Stage ? And ? Pancreatic Cancer

OBJECTIVE: This trial is a randomized,controlled clinical study aimed at observing the clinical efficacy of Dachaihu Decoction combined with gemcitabine and Tiggio in the treatment of stage III and IV pancreatic cancer,and at the same time,the efficacy and symptomatic remission rate of gemcitabine and Tiggio alone.Compared with the safety and other aspects,the Chinese medicine practitioners combined with Western medicine methods to comprehensively treat patients with stage III and IV pancreatic cancer.METHODS: A total of 78 patients with stage III and IV pancreatic cancer who met the inclusion criteria were divided into a treatment group and a control group,39 patients,using a randomized,controlled study design.Both groups were treated with water-liquid electrolyte balance,tertiary step analgesia and symptomatic support.The control group was given the first and eighth days of intravenous gemcitabine,and the first day of the14 th day,the Tiggio capsule was taken.From the first day of intravenous administration and oral administration,every 3 weeks(21 days)is a chemotherapy cycle.A total of 2cycles of treatment.The treatment group was given Dachaihu Decoction granules on the basis of the control group.The efficacy of solid tumors,TCM symptom,physical condition score,and serum tumor marker CA19-9 were observed and compared in two groups.The general conditions such as blood routine,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram,and chemotherapy-related side effects were monitored.To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Dachaihu Decoction combined with gemcitabine and Tiggio in the treatment of stage III and IV pancreatic cancer.RESULTS: In the control group,4 cases were removed/shed,and 3 cases were removed/shed in the treatment group.A total of 71 patients completed the observation.The general data of the two groups were compared between the groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the efficacy of solid tumors,the treatment group was higher than the control group,but the difference was not statisticallysignificant(P>0.05).The total effective rate of TCM symptom treatment was 89% in the treatment group and 71% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The efficacy of the physical condition score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Significance(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in serum tumor marker CA19-9 between the two groups(P>0.05).There were different degrees of chemotherapy and side effects in the two groups.The number and extent of the treatment group were lower than the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: Dachaihu Decoction can alleviate the clinical symptoms of advanced pancreatic cancer,improve the physical condition of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.In this study,Dachaihu Decoction has no obvious effect on the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer.In this test,Dachaihu Decoction is used for chemotherapy.The side reaction has no obvious inhibitory effect.
