Summary Of Experience On COPD Based On Regulating And Tonifing Ren And Du Meridians By Zhang Zhiwen

Objective: To summarize the experience of Professor Zhang Zhiwen's "Tongfu Ren Duo Law" in treating COPD through literature research,medical record sorting,data mining,etc.,inherit and carry forward Professor Zhang Zhiwen's clinical experience and academic thoughts,and provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of COPD.And methods.Methods:Using data mining to analyze the law of prescription drugs,combined with literature search,follow-up consultation and other methods,summed up Professor Zhang Zhiwen's treatment of COPD syndrome differentiation,prescription law,compatibility of prescriptions and other special experience.Incorporate inclusion criteria in accordance with the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(Revised 2013).A total of 289 outpatient prescriptions for the treatment of COPD during the period from October 2016 to December 2018 were collected.The prescriptions that met the inclusion criteria will be collected and the prescription and drug data will be established using Excel 2007.Frequency analysis,cluster analysis,and factor analysis were performed using SPSS 24;association rules were analyzed using SPSS Modeler 18.Results:Professor Zhang Zhiwen put forward the point-axis system theory of Ren Du-lung,spleen and kidney,which guides the method of reinforcing Ren Du.The frequency of warm-filled drugs in the COPD prescriptions collected this time was higher.Among them,warm medicine(48.39%),tonic medicine(29.58%).The commonly used drugs for supplementing the dynasty were psoralen,Gekko gecko,placenta and tortoise shell.The commonly used prescription for the replacement of the Governor is adding Baoyuan Decoction,Anshen Decoction,and Dabu Yin Pill.Conclusion: For COPD long-term debilitating disease and in the lower focal loss and singularity,often use the method of Tongbu Rendu to cooperate with Shufeng Xuanfei,Jianyun spleen and stomach,Wenshen Naqi and other common methods,add antler tablets and psoralen,Gekko gecko,placenta and other "softener Yang medicine",the effect is outstanding.
