Objective:This study applies from liver differentiation method of acupuncture and conventional acupuncture treatment for insomnia menopausal transition,comparative observation on patient's sleep quality,anxiety,depression and sleep structure to improve the situation.Method:A randomized controlled single-blind trial method was used to divide the 72 subjects who met the requirements into the treatment group and the control group,with 36 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture from the liver,while the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.PSQI,HAMA,HAMD and sleep structure indexes were used to evaluate the improvement of sleep quality,anxiety and depression and sleep structure of the patients.Result:1.Baseline condition: age,course of disease,PSQI score,HAMA score,HAMD score and sleep monitoring data of the two groups before treatment were tested,but no statistical significance was found(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.Comparison of overall efficacy: after 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.71%,while that of the control group was 85.29%,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The recovery rate was 54.29% in the treatment group and 29.41% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of PSQI score: compared within the group,the total score of PSQI and the scores of each factor in the two groups decreased to different degrees,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the difference between the treatment group and the control group in sleep quality,sleep disorders,and daytime function improvement was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of mood improvement: the score of HAMA and HAMD in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the treatment group were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparison of sleep structure: compared with that before treatment,the composition of deep sleep and REM in the treatment group increased(P<0.05),while the proportion of light sleep decreased(P<0.05).In the control group,only the composition of deep sleep increased before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the improvement of deep sleep and light sleep in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of REM was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05).6.There were no significant differences in the indicators of compliance,safety and satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Both liver acupuncture and conventional acupuncture can effectively improve the sleep disorder of perimenopausal insomnia patients,and the more significant rate of liver acupuncture is higher.2.Compared with routine acupuncture,liver acupuncture has certain advantages in improving sleep quality,sleep disorder and daytime function of perimenopausal insomnia patients.3.Compared with routine acupuncture,liver acupuncture has certain advantages in improving anxiety,depression and sleep structure of perimenopausal insomnia patients.
