Diagnosis And Treatment Of Occult Breast Cancer(Analysis Of 18 Cases Is Attached)

Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of occult breast cancer and analyze the related factors affecting the prognosis of occult breast cancer.Methods:This paper retrospectively analyzed the clinicopathology and follow-up data of 18 patients with occult breast cancer,and discussed the diagnosis and treatment of occult breast cancer and the related factors affecting the prognosis of occult breast cancer patients.Results: The data of 18 patients with latent breast cancer were collected through previous hospitalization and telephone follow-up.The 18 patients with occult breast cancer were followed up for the shortest 2 months,the longest 96 months,and the median follow-up time was 41 months.Retrospective analysis of clinicopathological data and follow-up data with statistical software showed that 15 out of 18 patients with occult breast cancer survived,with an overall survival rate of 83.3%.The 1-year,3-year and 5-year survival rates were 83.3%,83.3% and 83.3%,respectively;No statistical correlation was found between the clinical and pathological indicators and the survival of patients with occult breast cancer(P>0.05);Mammography,ultrasound,MRI and chest CT have no obvious advantages or disadvantages in detecting primary lesions of occult breast cancer;Surgical treatment was associated with progression-free survival of silent breast cancer(P<0.05),and neoadjuvant chemotherapy,adjuvant chemotherapy,radiotherapy,targeted therapy and endocrine therapy were not associated with it(P> 0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of occult breast cancer,surgical treatment can improve the survival of patients,while other treatments have no effect.
