Objective: To study the safety and effectiveness of enhanced recovery after surgery in perioperative period of laryngeal cancer patients. Methods: A total of 31 patients with Laryngeal vertical partial resection from Otolaryngology head and neck surgery in the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University from September 2017 to March 2019 were selected as subjects.Randomized methods were divided into observation group(ERAS group)and control group,16 cases in ERAS group and 15 cases in control group.Patients in the control group were given routine care and treatment, the patients in the ERAS group underwent the care and treatment of the ERAS concept based on routine care and treatment, including preoperative fasting and banned drinking time, intraoperative warm-up,and eating early and getting out of bed early after surgery.Comparing the hospital stay days, the time of wearing nasogastric tube, tracheal tube, hospitalization costs,re-admission rate and postoperative complications and postoperative nutritional indicators between the two groups. Results: The number of hospital stay days and hospitalization costs in the ERAS group were lower than those in the control group,The time of wearing the nasogastric tube and tracheal tube during hospitalization was less than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The re-admission rate of patients with ERAS group was lower than that of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the control group, there were 1 case of subcutaneous effusion,1 case of pharyngeal fistula,1 case of pulmonary infection,1 case of venous thrombosis of lower extremity, and no such complications in patients with ERAS group. The incidence of postoperative complications in the ERAS group was lower than that in the control group, but it was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Serum albumin and prealbumin in ERAS group were higher than those in control group on the 5th day and serum prealbumin in ERAS group were higher than those in control group 10 th day after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum albumin between the two groups on the 10 th day after surgery(P >0.05).Conclusions: Postoperative perioperative ERAS treatment nursing intervention for patients with laryngeal cancer can effectively shorten the length of hospital stay days, shorten the time of wearing nasogastric tube, tracheal tube, reduce hospitalization costs and the re-admission rate, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, accelerate the rapid recovery after surgery, and achieve early hospital leave. The application of enhanced recovery after surgery in the perioperative period of patients with laryngeal cancer is beneficial to the rapid recovery after surgery, improves the patient's comfort, and has achieved good clinical efficacy. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
