Retrospective Study On The Postoperative Infection And Treatment Of 59 Patients With Tibiofibular Fracture

Objective: To investigate the clinical treatment of 59 patients with postoperative infection of tibiofibular fracture in our hospital.Methods: Data were collected from 59 patients with postoperative infection of tibiofibular fracture treated in our hospital from April 2013 to December 2018,and the causes of injury,the first surgical treatment and the postoperative treatment after infection were analyzed.Results: Among the 59 cases of postoperative infection,45 cases recovered well within 3-11 months after treatment.Postoperative infection of tibiofibular fractures in 14 patients was poorly healed and recovered.Conclusion: For patients with tibiofibula fractures,the choice of surgical procedure is very important,especially the tibiofibula open fractures,surgical methods and surgical timing is very important,tibiofibula fracture patients with postoperative infection should be based on each patient situation personalized treatment,treatment of postoperative infection as soon as possible,reduce the patients' pain,bone cement auxiliary treatment of tibiofibula fractures of postoperative infection has good effect.
