Objective: To explore the correlation between intracranial artery stenosis and coronary artery stenosis in middle-aged patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease, and analyze the related risk factors to provide basis for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases in middle-aged patients with ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:1.Collect the clinical data of 192 middle-aged patients diagnosed with ischemic cerebrovascular disease in the department of neurology of the second hospital of hebei medical university from January 2018 to October 2018 continuously. All of them have had a examine of head MRA or CTA,as well as coronary CTA or CAG.2.Record the clinical data from these patients and the imaging results of head MRA or CTA,as well as coronary CTA or CAG examinations in these patients.3.Calculate the incidence of intracranial artery stenosis and coronary artery stenosis, record the degree of intracranial artery and coronary artery stenosis, and analyze the relationship between the degree of intracranial artery stenosis and the degree and scope of coronary artery stenosis. Results:Data features:1.According to intracranial artery stenosis, patients were divided into the stenosis group(64 cases,33.3%)and the non-stenosis group(128 cases,66.7%).2.According to the situation of coronary artery stenosis, the patients were divided into the stenosis group(136 cases,70.8%)and the non-stenosis group(56 cases,29.2%).3.According to the degree of intracranial artery stenosis(the stenosis degree is subject to the most severe intracranial artery stenosis),the patients were divided into the normal group(128 cases,66.7%),the mild stenosis group(27 cases,14.1%),the moderate stenosis group(8 cases,4.2%),the severe stenosis group(6 cases,3.0%),and the occlusion group(23 cases,12%).4.According to the degree of coronary artery stenosis(the stenosis degree is subject to the most severe coronary artery stenosis),the patients were divided into the normal group(56 cases,29.2%),the mild stenosis group(58cases,30.2%),the moderate stenosis group(44 cases,22.9%)and the severe stenosis or occlusion group(34 cases,17.7%).5.According to the results of coronary the CAG or CTA,definition of coronary artery lesions of luminal stenosis greater than 50%,each patient according to its major blood vessels(left anterior descending, left circumflex branch and right coronary artery)on the number of affected groups: normal group, the 1,2,3 branch lesion group, only the lesion to the left main stenosis50% or higher for the two groups, left main lesion plus right coronary lesions included in the three disease group,114 cases were divided into normal group(59.4%),1 branch of coronary artery lesion group 43 cases(22.4%),2 branch of coronary artery lesion group 12 cases(6.3%),3 branch of coronary artery lesion group of 23 cases(12.0%).Data analysis:1.The incidence of coronary stenosis in the intracranial artery stenosis group was significantly higher than that no intracranial artery stenosis group(P<0.001);The more severe the intracranial artery stenosis was,the more the number of coronary artery lesions was(P <0.001).2.The proportions of age, gender, hypertension, diabetes, smoking, admission fasting blood glucose,ApoA and BMI in the coronary artery stenosis group were significantly higher than those in the non-stenosis group(P<0.05);Multivariate Logistic regression analysis of coronary artery stenosis showed that age(OR=1.086,95%CI:1.014-1.163,P=0.018)and hypertension(OR=1.461,95%CI:1.086-1.966,P=0.012)were independent risk factors forcoronary artery stenosis in middle-aged patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease, and ApoA(OR=0.046,95%CI:0.003-0.766,P=0.032)was a protective factor.Conclusion:1.The incidence and degree of intracranial artery stenosis were correlated with coronary artery stenosis in middle-aged patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.2.Age,gender,hypertension,diabetes,smoking,admission fasting blood glucose,ApoA and BMI were correlated with the degree of coronary artery stenosis in middle-aged patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.3.Age and hypertension were independent risk factors for coronary artery stenosis in middle-aged patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease, and ApoA was a protective factor.
