Objective: To investigate the relationship between plasma levels of Omentin-1 and homocysteine(Hcy)and the degree of coronary artery disease in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS),and to explain its clinical significance. Methods: From July 2018 to January 2019,76 patients with ACS were diagnosed as ACS group in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University.Another 34 patients with coronary artery angiography except for coronary heart disease were selected as the control group. The differences of Omentin-1,Hcy level,Gensini score and SYNTAX score between ACS group and control group were analyzed. Results: There were significant differences in Omentin-1 level,Hcy,low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),hsCRP and Gensini score between the two groups(P<0.05).There was a significant negative correlation between Omentin-1 with Gensini score,SYNTAX score,hsCRP and LDL-C in ACS group;Hcy was positively correlated with Gensini score,SYNTAX score,hsCRP and LDL-C.There was a significant negative correlation between Omentin-1 levels and Hcy levels in the ACS group.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that hsCRP and LDL-C may affect the expression of Omentin-1.Conclusion: The combined detection of Omentin-1 and Hcy has predictive value for the extent of coronary artery disease.
