Study Of Serum Omentin-1 And FMD Levels In Patients With Acute Coronary Syndrome

Objective:The experiment collected the clinical case to detecting the levels of omentin-1 and FMD in ACS patients.(1)To explore the relationship between omentin-1, FMD and ACS.(2)To explore the relationship between omentin-1, FMD and the severity degree of ACS.It can provide us more theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease.Methods:The 104 cases which had been confirmed by CAG examination and diagnosed as ACS were chosen in Qinghai university affiliated hospital from October 2014 to November 2015.Then,UA group(56 cases),NSTEMI group(18 cases),STEMI group(30 cases).Chosen 20 cases as the control group which in the same hospital for CAG examination results of negative and exclude the diagnosis of ACS.Blood samples were collected in all cases of group,for the detection of biochemical indices and the level of omentin-1,FMD levels were also determined in all cases of group.The degree of coronary lesions is determined by Gensini score standard.Results:(1)There were no statistical differences in four groups in gender,age, blood pressure, BMI,FPG,lipid levels,medical conditions and so on(P>0.05).(2)The serum omentin-1 level and FMD level in UA group,NSTEMI group,STEMI group were all lower than that in control group(P<0.05).①The serum omentin-1 level of UA group(24.75±5.91)ng/ml was higher than that of NSTEMI(21.04±6.82) ng/ml and STEMI(15.76±7.46)ng/ml, the level of STEMI group was the lowest in three(P<0.05).②There was no significant difference in FMD level of NSTEMI group(3.67±2.07)% and STEMI group(2.78±1.96)%(P>0.05), both of them were lower than those in UA group(5.35±3.06)%(P<0.05). ③The Gensini score in UA group(38.32±16.72)score was lower than that of NETEMI(55.83±23.25)score and STEMI(61.78±19.27)score(P<0.05).While the rest of the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).(3)In ACS group,both the levels of omentin-1 and FMD were negatively related to Gensini score(P<0.01),the correlation coefficients were-0.504 and-0.474.Conclusions:The levels of omentin-1 and FMD in ACS were both lower than in control group,and it negatively related to Gensini score.It showed us that the levels of omentin-1 and FMD were probably related with the developmenting of the disease.With the aggravation of ACS, the levels of omentin-1 and FMD were reduced.
