Objective:Through the study of the implementation of nutritional support and fluid management on the prognosis of critically ill patients, and then guide clinical treatment. Methods:Patients who were admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University in 2018.4-2019.2 were given nutritional support and fluid management.Retrospective analysis was performed to classify all enrolled patients into group A(nutrition support positive balance + Liquid management negative balance),group B(nutrition support positive balance + liquid management positive balance),group C(nutrition support negative balance + liquid management positive balance),group D(nutrition support negative balance + liquid management negative balance),each group In 6 cases, the body weight,APACHE-II score,ICU hospitalization time, mechanical ventilation time and improvement rate of the four groups were compared. Results:There was no significant difference in body weight between the groups(P>0.05).Patients with good nutritional support or fluid management had lower APACHE-II scores during treatment than those who entered ICU,and patients with negative balance of nutritional support and positive balance of fluid management APACHE-II The scores were higher than those in the ICU,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients with good nutritional support or fluid management had shorter ICU stays than those with negative balance of nutritional support and positive balance of fluid management.Academic significance(P<0.05);patients with good nutritional support or fluid management had shorter mechanical ventilation time than patients with negative balance of nutritional support and positive fluid management, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);+Liquid management negative balance group and nutritional support positive balance + liquid management positive balance group improvement rate is lower than nutrition support negative balance + liquid management positive balance group, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),the difference between the other groups There was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Good nutritional support and fluid management can reduce the critical condition of critically ill patients, reduce the ICU hospitalization time and mechanical ventilation time, and improve the improvement rate of critically ill patients, but have little effect on the changes of body weight in the short term.In clinical medicine, after the clinician comprehensively evaluates the patient's condition,it is recommended to give the patient a positive balance of nutritional support and a negative balance of liquid management.
