Application Of Bedside Ultrasound Led By Emergency Surgeons In Real-time Interventional Diagnosis And Treatment Of Severe Acute Suppurative Biliary Tract Infection

Objective: To explore the application value of emergency surgeon led bedside ultrasound in the real-time interventional diagnosis and treatment of severe acute suppurative obstructive biliary tract infection.Methods:Aretrospective analysis of our hospital from 2016 to 2018 emergency surgery I admitted and received emergency bedside ultrasound guided interventional therapy of patients with severe acute suppurative 120 obstructive biliary infection were compared with the traditional ultrasound,bedside ultrasound diagnostic accuracy,check and interventional treatment of total time,complications,treatment and follow-up results,length of hospital stay and hospital costs.Results:The results of bedside ultrasonography were consistent with the traditional ultrasonography,with shorter time,less complications,shorter hospitalization time,lower cost and satisfactory follow-up results.Conclusion:Bedside ultrasound is of great value in the real-time interventional diagnosis and treatment of severe acute suppurative obstructive biliary tract infection.
