Objective:Investigate the clinical and pathological risk factors of postoperative recurrence of patients with ⅠA-ⅡA cervical cancer to provide a clinical reference for the treatment and prognosis of patients with cervical cancer in our hospital. Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 252 patients with cervical cancer stage ⅠA-ⅡA who underwent radical cervical cancer resection and had complete medical records from January 2008 to March 2017 in the department of gynaecology of the second hospital of Hebei Medical University,including54 patients with recurrence and 198 patients without recurrence.Summarize and sort out the clinical data of all patients,to analyze whether factors such as age, tumor size, clinical stage, surgical method, pathological type, cervical infiltration depth, pelvic lymph node metastasis, vascular tumor-carcinoma suppository,para-uterine involvement and positive stump affect postoperative recurrence of cervical cancer patients. Results:Univariate analysis showed that the recurrence rate of patients with primary tumor>4cm was higher than that with tumor≥2cm<4cm and tumor<2cm after surgery(χ~2=9.534,P=0.009(<0.05)).Postoperative recurrence rate was higher in patients with cervical infiltration depth 1/2 than patients with cervical infiltration depth<1/2(χ~2=18.121,P=0.000(<0.05)).Postoperative recurrence rate was higher in patients with pelvic lymph node metastasis(χ~2=6.268,P=0.012(<0.05)).Factors such as operative methods, clinical stage, surgical method, pathological type, vaginal wall resection range,para-uterine resection range,para-uterine involvement, vaginal stump involvement,,and positie vasectomy had no influence on the postoperative recurrence rate(P>0.05).Multivariate binary Logistic regression analysis showed that cervical invasion depth were independent risk factors for postoperative recurrence of cervical cancer(P<0.05),the postoperative recurrence rate of cervical invasion depth≥1/2 was 3.422 times that of cervical invasion depth<1/2(95%CI 1.531~7.648).Conclusions:Initial tumor size, cervical infiltration depth and pelvic lymph node metastasis were risk factors for cervical cancer recurrence after surgery.Among them, cervical infiltration depth was an independent risk factor for recurrence after cervical cancer surgery.
