Objective:To investigate the pregnancy outcome of patients with ut erineseptum before and after the transcervical resection of septum, and to analyze the reproductive prognosis of hysteroscopic treatment of uterine septum,in order to provide valuable clinical data and data support for t he diagnosis and treatment of uterine mediastinum in the future. Methods:From April 2011 to December 2017,174 patients who un derwent the transcervical resection of septum(TCRS),in the second H ospital of Hebei Medical University were followed up successfully, inclu ding 83 cases of complete uterine septum and 91 cases of incomplete u terine septum.73 cases were examined before pregnancy because of inf ertility,101 cases were treated because of abortion and premature delive ry.According to the causes of treatment, they were divided into infertili ty group and adverse pregnancy group.the therapeutic effect of TCRS was analyzed retrospectively and statistically.Results:1.The pregnancy rate was 61.64% in the infertile group,9.20% and 4.60% in the poor pregnancy group,75.86% and 80.46% in the full-term delivery group and 80.46% in the poor pregnancy group, respectively.the pregnancy rate was 61.64% in the infertility group,9.20% and 4.60% in the poor pregnancy group,75.86% and 80.46% in the poor pregnancy group. After TCRS,the pregnancy rate,full-term delivery rate and live birth rate were higher than those before operation, while spontaneous abortion decreased(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in premature delivery rate between before and after operation(P > 0.05).2.The preoperative infertility rate and natural abortion rate of patients with complete uterine septum and incomplete uterine septum were 50.62%,34.41% and 81.18%,83.36%,respectively.there was significant difference in infertility rate(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in spontaneous abortion rate(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in infertility rate, natural abortion rate and live birth rate between the two types of operation(P > 0.05).3.Among the live births after TCRS in patients with uterine septu m,the spontaneous delivery rate was 29.25%(31/106).Conclusion:1.TCRS is minimally invasive and does not damage the myometrium of the patients.it can conceive as soon as possible after operation.it can effectively improve the pregnancy rate, term delivery rate and live birth rate, significantly reduce the natural abortion rate, and the pregnancy outcome is significantly improved compared with that before operation.2.Complete uterine septum was more likely to develop infertility than incomplete uterine septum, but there was no significant difference in pregnancy outcome between the two groups after TCRS.3.Vaginal trial delivery can be selected for pregnant patients after the transcervical resection of septum...
