Under The Control Of B-hysteroscopic Uterine Septum Resection In90Cases Diagnosis And Treatment

Objective：To improve the cognition,the diagnosis, the processing principle,prognosis of uterineseptum and to explore the relationship between the uterine septum and sterility.Methods：A retrospective analysis was conducted of which under the control of B-hysteroscopicuterine septum resection in90cases in our hospital from January2007to January2011.Results：The current B-mode ultrasound hysteroscopy is the gold standard for diagnosis ofuterine septum,90patients in our hospital have preoperative B-line and hysteroscopy, incomparison with surgery, B-ultrasound and hysteroscopy diagnostic accuracy of100%.Comparison of preoperative and postoperative outcome of pregnancy:1) preoperativepregnancy rate:75.56%(68/90), postoperative pregnancy rate:81.33%(61/75). X~2test(P>0.05), the difference was not statistically significant.2) preoperative spontaneousabortion rate:95.90%(117/122), postoperative spontaneous abortion rate:30.16%(19/63). X~2test (P <0.01), the difference was statistically significant.3) preoperative full-termlive birth rate:2.46%(3/122), postoperative full-term live birth rate:65.08%(41/63). X~2test (P <0.01), the difference was statistically significant.Different types of mediastinal surgery compared pregnancy outcomes:1) completeuterine septum postoperative pregnancy rate was66.67%(8/12), some type of uterineseptum postoperative pregnancy rate was84.13%(53/63). X~2test (P>0.05), thedifference was not statistically significant.2) complete uterine septum after abortion rate:70.00%(7/10) Partial uterine septum postoperative abortion rate was22.64%(12/53). X~2test (P <0.01), the difference was statistically significant.3) complete uterine septum afterfull-term live births was20.00%(2/10), after some uterine septum term live births was73.58%(39/53). X~2test (p <0.01), the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions：For symptoms, fertility requirements in patients with uterine septum should undergohysteroscopic uterine septum resection treatment. B-United hysteroscopy diagnosed uterine septum is an effective way.B ultrasound-guided hysteroscopic uterine septum resection in patients with significantimprovement in fertility.B ultrasound-guided hysteroscopic uterine septum resection for patients withincomplete uterine septum complete uterine septum than to improve fertility.
