Research On The Influence Of Migrant Workers' Satisfaction With Medical Public Services,Sense Of Social Justice And Government Trust

Government trust is the key to the smooth operation of the country and the legitimacy of the regime.On the fast lane of urban development,hundreds of millions of peasants poured into the city,forming a special group in the city-migrant workers.In the process of new urbanization in China,migrant workers play an important role,and the group of migrant workers has received much attention.In this context,it is of practical significance to explore the migrant workers' trust in the government.Government trust is based on a response relationship between government actions and public expectations.In order to explore the influencing factors of government trust,and provide targeted countermeasures.Firstly,through literature review,the medical public service satisfaction and social justice of migrant workers are independent variables,followed by questionnaires to obtain empirical test data,data analysis,analysis of the status quo of migrant workers' trust in the government;Correlation analysis of service satisfaction,social justice and government trust;finally,the two common factors extracted from medical public service satisfaction and social justice are analyzed by regression analysis with the public factors extracted by government trust,and the robustness test is carried out.Get the empirical results.The research results show that migrant workers still have much room for improvement in the perception of medical public service satisfaction and social justice.The satisfaction of migrant workers' medical public service has different effects on government trust,and quality perception has a significant positive impact,while value perception has no significant impact.In the sense of social justice and government trust of migrant workers,both the opportunity fairness factor and the outcome fairness factor have significant positive effects.The results of the robustness test show that the impact of fair perception on government trust is higher than that of the first generation of migrant workers.The impact of fairness perception on government trust is higher than that of the new generation of migrant workers.According to the conclusion,it is necessary to improve the medical assistance system for migrant workers,promote the equalization of public services,and guide the active integration of migrant workers to improve the level of trust of migrant workers in the government.
