Objective:This article systematically studies the clinical efficacy of combination of eticavir and exenatide in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B-related hepatogenic diabetes mellitus,in order to provide more reference for enriching the treatment of chronic hepatitis B-related hepatogenic diabetes mellitus.Method:120 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of chronic hepatitis B-related HD admitted to The People's Hospital of Qingzhou and The Sixth People's Hospital of Qingdao from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the data for this study.ETV group: ETV conventional control group, hereinafter referred to as control group;ETV combined with hypoglycemic group, hereinafter referred to as hypoglycemic group;and ETV combined with exenatide group, hereinafter referred to as exenatide group were 40 cases each, control group: oral ETV treatment(once a day,0.5 mg/time)was given on the basis of routine chronic hepatitis B-related HD treatment;hypoglycemic group: based on control group, combined with hypoglycemic drugs Acarbose(150 mg/d;);exenatide group: based on control group, combined with injection.Ejection therapy(10 ug/d).Both groups were treated with the same treatment cycle:Six months. To compare and analyze the changes of blood sugar and liver function before and after treatment in ETV group and combined group.Result:(1)There were 120 HD patients in control group, hypoglycemic group and exenatide group, whose main clinical manifestations were abdominal distension and fatigue.Meanwhile,120 HD patients had typical symptoms of diabetes mellitus, such asexcessive drinking, polyphagia, emaciation, polyuria, and the main clinical weight of liver diseases, such as ascites, jaundice, liver palm, etc. The survey found that the main complications of HD pa tients were liver disease complications, while some complications of diabetes were relatively rare.(2)After treatment, the blood sugar and liver function indexes of exenatide group were significantly improved compared with control group, hypoglycemic group(P <0.05);in addition, the total effective rate of clinical treatment was 97.5% in exenatide group,87.5% in hypoglycemic group and 80.0% in control group, with significant difference between groups(P < 0.05).Adverse reactions during treatment: control group was 5.0%,hypoglycemic group and exenatide group were 7.5%,there was no difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),after withdrawal, the adverse reactions of the three groups would disappear in a relatively short time. Conclusion:Entecavir combined with exenatide in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B-related HD can not only effectively inhibit replication of hepatitis B virus, improve the liver function, blood sugar and other indicators of HD patients, but also the incidence of adverse reactions, with good clinical efficacy and drug safety.
