| Objective To reconstruct the coracoclavicular ligament with Twin Tail Tightrope, and then to compare the clinical efficacy of Twin Tail Tightrope and clavicular hook plate for the treatment of Rockwood III-IV acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Methods Sixty patients with Rockwood III-IV acromioclavicular joint dislocation confirmed by X-ray,30 patients were treated with Twin Tail Tightrope and 30 patients were treated with clavicular hook plate.Related indicators during surgery(Operation time, amount of bleeding, length of incision)and hospitalization(Numerical rating scale),shoulder Constant score and complications were analyzed. Results Compared with the operation time and the amount of bleeding in the two groups of patients, the patients with Twin Tail Tightrope were smaller than with clavicular hook plate, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);and the patients with Twin Tail Tightrope were more than the patients with clavicular hook plate recovered their labor ability earlier(p<0.05).In the NRS and Constant pain scores, patients with Twin Tail Tightrope was significantly better than the clavicular hook plate group, and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).Also in postoperative complications, patients with Twin Tail Tightrope had fewer complications than patients with clavicular hook plate, and the difference was statistically significant(p< 0.05).Conclusion To reconstruct the coracoclavicular ligament with Twin Tail Tightrope, restored the static stability structure of the acromioclavicular joint, anatomical reduction of the acromioclavicular joint.Early postoperative activities, the low incidence of shoulder pain, shorter recovery time and fewer complications postoperatively, avoiding secondary surgery,is an ideal treatment. |
