Risk Factors Of Chronic Hydrocephalus After Aneurysmal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage:Meta-analysis

Objective: To evaluate the risk factors of hydrocephalus after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemmorrhage in recent years.Methods: Retrieve information about the risk factors of Chronic Hydrocephalus af ter Aneurysmal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage related literature does not limit the num ber of years,the results of the analysis carried out according to the General Statist ics.With odds ratios(OR)and 95%confidence intervals(95%CI)to describe the eff ect size.From various literatures,the-age,fisher-grade,Hunt-Hess grade,history of h ypertension,multiple-hemmorrhage,intracerebral-hemmorrgage and other risk factor swere summarized.Results: A totol of 14 literatures were included.The risk factots such as the age3.316(1.495-6.575),fisher-grade5.746(3.208-10.291),multiple-hemmorrhage3.735(2.577-5.414),Hunt-Hess grade4.933(2.949-8.253),intracerebral-hemmorrgage2.173(1.949-2.423),history of hypertension2.485(1.926-3.207)were described.Conclusi0n:1.the age,fisher-grade,Hunt-Hess grade,history of hypertension,mu ltiple-hemmorrhage,intracerebral-hemmorrgage are also the risk factors of Chroni c Hydrocephalus after Aneurysmal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage.2.Fisher-grade an d Hunt-Hess below levels 2 are not close with Chronic Hydrocephalus.3.Fishergrade and Hunt-Hess abovel levels 2 are more likely to develop Chronic Hydroc ephalus,also the key of prevention.
