Objective:By comparing and analyzing the surgical treatment of acute intestinal obstruction, the different treatment effects caused by the different time of the surgery were summarized, and the better surgical timing of acute intestinal obstruction was summarized. Methods:A retrospective analysis of 256 patients diagnosed with acute intestinal obstruction and meeting the inclusion criteria was performed in the General Surgery of our hospital from 2014 to 2017.The preoperative ascites incidence rate, intestinal resection rate, average operation time, postoperative exhaust time, average hospitalization day, cure rate, and postoperative complication rate were compared and analyzed. The optimal surgical timing of acute intestinal obstruction was summarized..Results:According to the time of surgery, the operation time was divided into five groups. With the delay of the operation time, the mortality and postoperative complications increased significantly. The cure rate was 100% within 24 hours after onset;the cure rate was 97.56% within 24-48 hours(including 24 hours of onset);the cure rate was 97.53% within 48-72 hours days of onset;the cure rate was 3-4 days after onset.Up to 97.44%;the cure rate of the disease over the 5 days was 93.94%.After statistical analysis, there was no significant difference in the cure rate between the five groups(c2=4.333,P=0.363>0.05),and the preoperative ascites incidence, intestinal resection rate, mean operative time, postoperative venting time, and average hospitalization The incidence of daily and postoperative complications was statistically significant(c2=13.835,P=0.008<0.05;c2=18.21,P=0.001<0.05;F=10.976,P<0.05;F=7.388,P< 0.05;F= 3.53100,P = 0.008.< 0.05;c2 = 18.603,P = 0.001 < 0.05).The cause of death in 8 death patients was considered to be the main cause of death in patients with acute intestinal obstruction. Conclusion: Through data analysis,it can be observed that the delay of surgical timing of intestinal obstruction leads to higher incidence of postoperative complications, mortality and resected bowel incidence are significantly increased with the timing of surgery, the average operation time, postoperative exhaust time,The length of hospital stay was also significantly extended with the delay in the timing of the operation. Therefore,in clinical work, surgeons need to flexibly grasp the surgical indications for the treatment of acute intestinal obstruction, closely observe the abdominal signs and vital signs of patients, and timely carry out surgical intervention to improve the survival of patients.
