| Objective:To explore the clinical effect repairment of Functionally Suitable Denture repairment.Methods:Twenty-four patients with maxillary and dentition missing were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and Functionally Suitable Denture group according to the digital table method.The control group received traditional complete denture repairment,and the Functionally Suitable Denture group accepted Functionally Suitable Denture repairment system.The repair effects of complete denture were compared between the two groups.The number of denture tenderness points,chewing efficiency and patient satisfaction were compared.Results:The number of tenderness points after repair was less than that of the control group,and the chewing efficiency was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of chewing function,retention function and comfort of the Functionally Suitable Denture group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effects of Functionally Suitable Denture are perfect,which can improvechewing efficiency,reduce pain of patients tenderness point and improve patient,comfort and satisfaction. |
