Objective:Analysis of influencing factors of simple obesity in children aged 6-13.Methods:From May 2018 to December 2018,children aged 6-13 were selected from the endocrinology clinic of Shanxi Children's Hospital.Among them,60 children with simple obesity were selected as obesity group,and 60 healthy children with physical examination at the same time were selected as control group,with a total of 120 cases.Influencing factors of simple obesity in children were analyzed by questionnaire.The questionnaire was anonymous and informed consent of parents was obtained.The contents of the questionnaire included age,sex,height,weight,BMI,mode of delivery,birth weight,maternal complications of diabetes mellitus during pregnancy,feeding mode before 6 months,family economy,dietary preference.Sports,TV and electronic products use time,sleep time,whether parents are obese.Data were analyzed by SPSS24.0 software.Chi-square test was used for single factor analysis and logistic regression analysis was used for multi-factor analysis.Results:Among 120 children,there were 60 cases in obesity group(32 males and 28females),with an average age of(9.66+2)years,and 60 cases in case group(33 males and 27 females),with an average age of(10.20+1.25)years.There was no significant difference in gender and age between the two groups(P>0.05).BMI in obesity group(29.92+3.21)kg/m2 was significantly different from that in control group(18.23+1.30)kg/m2,with a significant difference(P<0.05).In the population surveyed,there was no significant difference in childbirth mode,birth weight,maternal diabetes mellitus during pregnancy,feeding mode before 6 months of age,family economy,use time of sports,TV and electronic products,preference for vegetables and staple foods in diet between the two groups(P>0.05),and meat(?~2=18.786,P<0.001).Compared with fried puffed food(?~2=14.43,P<0.001),dessert and beverage(?~2=10.819,P=0.004),fruit(?~2=8.734,P=0.013),sleep time(?~2=6.125,P=0.013),whether parents are obese(?~2=11.109,P=0.001),there are significant differences(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that parents'obesity(OR=7.407),preference for desserts and beverages(OR=2.280),fried puffed foods(OR=2.260)and meat(OR=2.487)were risk factors for childhood obesity.Conclusion:In this survey,compared with healthy children,obese children preferred meat,fried puffed food,dessert and beverage more,less fruit,more sleep deprivation and higher proportion of parents obese.Parents'obesity,preference for dessert and beverage in diet,fried puffed food and meat are risk factors for simple obesity in children.
