Objective:Selecting a tool suitable for the evaluation of nursing occupational risk insecondary general hospitals.Constructing a nursing occupational risk assessment model which is suitable for secondary general hospitals,using multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.At the same time,in order to verify the practicability and operability of the tool,it is applied in the evaluation of different departments for empirical research.It will be the basis for the nursing occupational risk assessment,management and improvement in secondary general hospitals,and further improves the nursing occupational environment.Methods:1.Literature research methodTthrough domestic and foreign academic databases,literature was collected,sorted out and read with related keywords such as nursing occupational risk,risk assessment and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,laying the foundation for the research.2.Expert scoring methodExperts in the research field are selected for questionnaire survey.After sorting and summarizing the survey data,hierarchical analysis is carried out to obtain the weight results of indicators at all levels.3.Multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methodThis method combines analytic hierarchy process?AHP?with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.It is also a combination of qualitative and quantitative research.The evaluation results have the advantages of intuitionistic,objective and quantifiable.4.Statistical analysis methodsUsing excel,SPSS20.0,AMOS19.0 and other tools to conduct descriptive analysis of data,reliability and validity test,and calculation of related problems.Results:1.The nursing occupational risk scale is applicable to the nursing occupational risk assessment in secondary general hospitalsThe reliability and validity of nursing occupational risk scale were tested by using the data of pre-survey.The reliability test shows that the overall Cronbach'?coefficient of the scale is 0.969,and the results of other dimensions are all greater than 0.8.Confirmatory factor analysis was used to analyze the structural validity of the scale,and it was concluded that all the measured values were within the reference range.Therefore,the reliability and validity of the scale are considered to be good.2.The index weight of nursing occupational risk in secondary general hospitalsThrough the analytic hierarchy process?AHP?,the weight of each index in the nursing occupational risk assessment of secondary general hospitals was obtained.The weight of the first index was accident hazard?0.388?,physical hazard?0.166?,chemical hazard?0.230?,ergonomics,psychosocial organizational factors?0.108?,and biological hazard?0.108?,respectively.The secondary indicators ranked in the top five of the combined weight were:exposure to drugs?0.105?,ionizing radiation?0.088?,sharp instrument injury?0.068?,acute explosion accident?0.068?,and exhaust gas pollution hazard?0.066?.The relevant research of tertiary hospitals shows that the ergonomics and psychosocial organization factors are the most important factors.The top five combined weights of secondary indicators are:shift hazard,humoral infection,occupational frustration,violence injury and sharp instrument injury.3.Construction of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for nursing occupational risk assessment in secondary general hospitalsCombining Fuzzy-AHP and nursing occupational risk assessment scale,factor set,weight set,evaluation set and membership matrix were set up.4.An empirical study of nursing occupational risk assessment model in secondary general hospitals based on Fuzzy-AHPUsing this model as a tool,nursing staff in seven departments of 21 second-level general hospitals were selected for investigation.Through analysis,it was found that the risk of nursing staff in different departments was different.After calculation and scoring,the emergency department,surgery department and operating room were in a high level of V4 risk,and their risk scores were 3.014,2.944 and 2.903,respectively.Obstetrics and gynecology,internal medicine and pediatrics were at high risk level of V3,with risk scores of 2.900,2.801 and 2.794 respectively.The disinfection supply room was in the low risk level of V1,with a risk score of 2.557.Conclusion:1.There is a difference in the distribution of nursing occupational risk weights between secondary general hospitals and tertiary hospitals,which pay more attention to physiological health problems and medical equipment problems that can be improved through timely intervention,while tertiary hospitals pay more attention to mental health and social support problems.In the management process should be closely combined with their own characteristics.2.The nursing occupational risk assessment model of secondary general hospitals based on Fuzzy-AHP is set up reasonably,giving consideration to practicality and accuracy,which can provide reliable basis for nursing occupational risk management and risk assessment of secondary general hospitals.3.Different departments have different occupational risks.Secondary general hospital risk management,should be targeted,in the performance evaluation,should tilt department has the risk,enhance risk awareness,strengthen risk prevention,build good professional environment,enhance the quality of the hospital.
