Clinical Effect Observation Of BET In The Treatment Of Chronic Otitis Media Combined With ETD

Objective In clinical practice,Eustachian tube dysfunction(ETD)refers to abnormal ventilatory function of Eustachian tube(ET),which causes middle ear pressure regulation disorder.The main clinical manifestations are a feeling of Ear clogging,ear pain or discomfort symptoms,tinnitus,the "crackling" sound in the ear and a feeling that hearing is mulffled.Persistent negative pressure in the middle ear can also lead to secretory otitis media,tympanic adhesion,Invagination pocket formation,Tym Panic perforation,chronic otitis media,and cholesteatoma,which seriously reduces the quality of life of patients.In clinical work,patients with chronic suppurative otitis media combined with eustachian tube dysfunction are often treated.Surgery is a means of treating chronic otitis media.There are fewer reports of balloon dilation eustachian tuboplasty during the same period of middle ear surgery.In this paper,we investigate the clinical effect of balloon dilation eustachian tuboplasty during the same period of middle ear surgery.and hope to provide a reference for the treatment of chronic otitis media combined with eustachian tube dysfunction.Methods 19(20ears)patients of chronic otitis media were selected from January 2017 to December 2017 in Chinese PLA General Hospital.Before the surgery,The Eustachian tube score confirmed eustachian tube dysfunction.After conservative treatment was ineffective,middle ear surgery and balloon dilation eustachian tuboplasty are performed during the same period.The Subjective symptom scores are recorded by means of the Eustachian tube dysfunction questionnaire-7 and the degree of difficulty of Valsalva's mobility,at the same time,to record the changes of tympanic membrane and air-bone gaps of pure tone audiometry.To observe its therapeutic effect,before and after operation in January,March and June.Results In January,March,and June after the 20 ear surgery,Pressure in the ears,Afeeling that your ears are clogged,Ear symptoms when you have a cold or sinusitis and Pain in the ears have improved;Afeeling that the hearing is mulffled was improved in March and June.There was no statistical difference between Ringing in the ears and Cracking or popping sounds in the ears in January,March and June.All cases had good growth of tympanic membrane grafts,but no Tympanic perforation and tympanic membrane invagination was observed.In January,March and June after surgery,Valsalva's mobility and air-bone gaps improved to different degrees than before surgery.Conclusion The small sample follow up found that short-term treatment effect of the middle ear operation during the same period of balloon dilation eustachian tuboplasty in patients with chronic otitis media combined with pharyngeal tube dysfunction,is good,improving the quality of life of patients.Its long term definite curative effect needs to be further observed to the larger population,which provides reference basis for clinical treatment application.
