Objective:1.The syndromes are the basic and main factors for determining the syndromes, and explore whether there are other syndromes besides the traditional diabetic nephropathy,so as to guide the clinical application more rationally and systematically.2.In order to explore the distribution of diabetic nephropathy(DKD)III-V Chinese medicine syndrome;3.Correlation between different syndromes and general conditions and laboratory indicators of diabetic nephropathy(DKD)III-V;4.Further explore the relationship between diabetic nephropathy and injury food.Method:The cases in this study were all from October 2017 to October 2018 patients who met the criteria for inclusion in the affiliated hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital, and Nanchang University Second Affiliated Hospital. The number of samples studied was determined to be 200,of which 140 were male and 60 female.According to the order of visits, data analysis software SPSS21.0 was used to analyze the data. Results:In this study,200 cases of diabetic nephropathy were collected,of which 74 cases, accounting for 37 %,were in phase III.53 cases in Phase IV,accounting for 26.5 %;Year V 73 cases, accounting for 36.5 %.Themaximum age of the patient is 87 years old and the minimum age is 26 years old.Among them, the number of people in Phase III was 43,accounting for40.6 %;The number of people in Phase IV was 26,accounting for 24.5 %,and the number of people in Phase V was 37,accounting for 34.9 %;There were a total of 66 cases of blood deficiency,of which 28 were in phase III,accounting for 42 %;The number of people in the IV period was 14,accounting for 21 %,and the number of people in the V period was 24,accounting for 36 %;There were a total of 67 cases of Yin and Yin syndrome,of which 34 were in phase III,accounting for 50.7 %,22 in phase IV,accounting for 32.8 %,and 11 in phase V,accounting for 16.45 %;There were a total of 79 cases of Yang deficiency syndrome,of which 24 were in phase III,accounting for 30.4 %;The number of people in Phase IV is20,accounting for 25.3 %,and the number of people in Phase V is 35,accounting for 44.3 %;A total of 82 patients with phlegm syndrome,of which 16 were in phase III,accounting for 19.51 %;The number of people in Phase IV was 28,accounting for 34.15 %,and the number of people in Phase V was 38,accounting for 46.34 %;There were a total of 72 patients with blood stasis,of which 9 were in phase III,accounting for 12.5 %;The number of people in Phase IV was 26,accounting for 36.1 %,and the number of people in Phase V was 37,accounting for 51.4 %;There were a total of 38 cases of wet syndrome,of which 8 were in phase III,accounting for 21.1 %;The number of people in Phase IV was 8,accounting for 21.1 %,and the number of people in Phase V was 22,accounting for 57.8 %.The third phase of the virtual syndrome has the highest proportion of Yin and Qi deficiency syndrome, the fourth phase has the highest proportion of QI deficiency syndrome and Yin deficiency syndrome, and the fifth phase Qi deficiency syndrome and Yang deficiency syndrome are the main ones. The third phase of the standard demonstration is the turbidity syndrome.Phase IV has the highest proportion of phlegm and blood stasis, and stageV phlegm and turbidity, water and moisture, and blood stasis all account for a higher proportion. Conclusion:The results of the survey showed that the main incidence of diabetic nephropathy is among the elderly and the elderly. The prevalence rate of men is higher than that of women, and Qi deficiency syndrome and Yang deficiency syndrome play an important role in the development of diabetic nephropathy. At the same time, phlegm turbidity, blood stasis, and moisture syndrome permeated the entire process of the development of diabetic nephropathy stage III-V.Diabetes nephropathy phase III is dominated by Qi deficiency syndrome. The author believes that diabetic nephropathy has a long period of darkness, yin and Qi,and therefore should pay attention to Qi supplementation in the treatment of phase III;The progress of the disease is that the time-scale demonstration in the fourth and fifth periods surpassed the primary syndrome, among which the sputum and blood stasis syndrome are the main symptoms. At the same time, the yang deficiency syndrome in this virtual syndrome also occupies an important position. The reason for this situation is that With the continuous development of the disease,The Qi and Yin are two years old,the yin and Yang are formed into Yang deficiency, the spleen and kidney are Yang deficiency, the spleen's transportation function is damaged, and the kidney's opening and closing function is reduced, causing the water to stop within the turbid sputum. However, these accumulated in the body are prone to congestion in the body to form moisture and turbidity in the kidneys, forming blood stasis signs. Therefore,in the treatment of stage IV and V,the patient's intake of protein should be controlled, attention should be paid to regulating the spleen and stomach, and preventing the formation of phlegm and dampness.Add the drug of blood circulation and blood stasis, and pay attention to the yang of the nursing patient.Inthe standard demonstration, the phlegm and blood stasis syndrome run through the development of stage III,IV,and V of diabetic nephropathy.Turbid sputum syndrome and blood stasis syndrome are the main factors affecting total cholesterol, triglyceride, urea and serum uric acid.
