Clinical Experience Of Treating Cough After Cold By Wanliling

Objective:Exploring the academic thinking of the instructor to treat cough after a cold and the clinical experience of TCM,learn from the experience of the instructor in treating cough after a cold,improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment,and provide reference for clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:Collect and organize the relevant papers,literature materials and post-cold cough cases that meet the diagnostic criteria.Use the SPSS22 application software to enter the data of the collected cases,and calculate the frequency statistics of the TCM syndromes,the onset season and Chinese medicine practitioners.Correlation analysis of syndrome types and frequency statistics of high frequency drugs.Combined with the clinical experience of the instructor,the etiology,the type of syndrome,the type of prescription and the prescription of the cough after the cold were analyzed and summarized.Results: 1.The main types of cough after a cold include cold type(24%),wind-heated lung type(4%),wind-cold stagnation type(4%),wind-heat sphincter type(2%),wind stagnation Pharyngeal type(7%),Fengxie Lianfei type(5%),Xieyu Shaoyang type(3%),damp heat and stagnation lung type(15%),cold evil stagnation lung type(14%),phlegm dampness lung type(10%),phlegm and blood stasis type(7%),lung qi deficiency type(4%),lung and spleen deficiency type(1%),of which lung type is more common.2.There is a certain correlation between TCM syndrome types of cough aftercold and the onset season.Wind-cold attacking lung syndrome occurs more in autumn and winter;Wind-heat attacking lung syndrome occurs more in summer;Wind-heat depressing pharynx syndrome occurs more in summer and autumn;Phlegm-dampness accumulating lung syndrome occurs more in autumn and winter;Cold pathogenic stagnation lung syndrome occurs more in autumn and winter;Damp-heat depressing lung syndrome occurs more in summer;the rest has no obvious correlation.3.The prescription of cough medicine after cold involves 56 kinds of medicines,with a total frequency of 1336.Most of the medicines with higher frequency have the functions of promoting lung qi,reducing Qi and relieving cough.Conclusions:1.The etiology and pathogenesis of cough after cold is mainly residual pathogens,nostalgia in the lungs,lung failure to descend for cough;internal pathogens dry lung,lung failure to clear,Qi adverse cough;internal and external lead,lung failure to descend,Qi adverse cough.2.The TCM syndromes of cough after cold are related to the onset season,which accords with the theory of seeking the same gas phase;most of the drugs with higher frequency of cough after cold are those that can open and expel lung qi,reduce Qi and relieve cough.3.Advocate that the treatment of cough after cold should be combined with dispersing wind and dispersing pathogenic factors,promoting descent;treating phlegm first,lowering Qi first;internal injury basis,both exterior and interior relief;and four treatment methods of late cough and tonifying mainly.4.Summarize 14 common syndromes of cough after cold and treat them with related drugs.
