Objective:To Analysis of 1 cm trephine saw a forming in percutaneous intervertebral foramen mirror(percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy,PELD)in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral foramen stenosis and lateral recess stenosis disease(lumbar spinal stenosis,LSS)in the clinical curative effect. Methods:Retrospective analysis was performed on 60 patients with lumbar intervertebral foraminal stenosis and lumbar lateral recess stenosis who were treated with intervertebral foraminal stenosis in shanxi university hospital of shanxi academy of medical sciences from September 2015 to December 2017.According to the diameter and size of the use of circular saw, they were divided into two groups, among which 28 patients in the 1cm trephine saw group and 32 patients in the 0.75 cm trephine saw group. The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Japanese Orthopaedic Associationscores(JOA)score and Oswestry disability index(ODI)were compared between the two groups before and one year after surgery. Results:Compared with the 0.75 cm group, the 1cm ring-saw group had a shorter operation time [(52.6 20.32)min VS,(76.40 26.8)min,t=-2.451,p=0.006],and the lower limb pain VAS score, lumbar JOA score and ODI score of the two groups 12 months after surgery were all different from those before surgery(p < 0.05).There was no significantdifference in VAS,lumbar JOA score and complications between the two groups, and there was a difference in ODI score(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Compared with 0.75 cm trephine,1cm trephine was more effective at 12 months of follow-up in patients with lumbar intervertebral foramina stenosis and lateral recess stenosis over 65 years old.
