Effects Of Peach Kernel And Carthamus Four Substances Decoction And Five Substances Powder With Poria On Postoperative Swelling Of Shoulder Arthroscopy

Objective: The limb swelling after shoulder arthroscopy is a common postoperative complication,which seriously affects the exercise and rehabilitation of postoperative limb function.This subject is to use Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction and Five Substances Powder with Poria to treat the postoperative swelling of Shoulder sleeve tear shoulder arthroscopy,observe and study the clinical treatment effect,and explore the therapeutic advantages of combined Chinese and Western medicine therapy,and provide theoretical support for clinical treatment.Methods: The study selected 80 cases of limb swelling after treatment of Shoulder sleeve tear shoulder arthroscopy in the Department of Bone,Hongdu Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2017 to January 2019,and randomly divided them into Intravenous mannitol group,Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction group,Five Substances Powder with Poria oral group,Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction and Five Substances Powder with Poria oral group,consisted of 20 patients in each of the 4 groups.Regarding the patient's gender,age,smoking,drinking,duration of disease,presence or absence of hypertension,and whether obesity is strictly in accordance with the research plan,the first is to record the patient's preoperative and postoperative 1d,2d,5d,and the affected limb maintains an outreach position of 30°.The measurement of the length of the upper arm circumference and the circumference of the armpit(passing the shoulder)at the 15 cm,20cm,and the length of time required to observe the swelling of the shoulder and upper limbs(in days),for statistical analysis and Efficacy was assessed and observed during treatment and complications during follow-up.Results:(1)Gender,age,smoking,drinking,duration of disease,presence or absence of hypertension,and obesity were statistically analyzed among the four groups.The differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)The mannitol group and Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction and Five Substances Powder with Poria group,Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substance Decoction group and Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction and Five Substances Powder with Poria group,Five Substances Powder with Poria group and Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction and Five Substances Powder with Poria group were respectively performed by the number of days of swelling.Pairwisecontrast(p<0.05),the differenceis meaningful;Compared with mannitol group,the average swelling time of Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substance Decoction group and Five Substances Powder with Poria group was longer than that of mannitol group.Compared with the Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substance Decoction group and Five Substances Powder with Poria group,the average number of days of swelling in the Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction and Five Substances Powder with Poria group was significantly shorter;Mannitol group,Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substance Decoction group,Five Substances Powder with Poria group,Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction and Five Substances Powder with Poria group were used to measure the upper arm circumference,axillary circumference and three preoperative diameter groups before 15 cm and 20 cm on the external malleolus.Comparison between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that there is no difference between the four groups.At 1d,2d,and 5d after operation,there were differences in the circumference of the upper arm,the diameter of the axillary fossa and the three groups in the preoperative group at 15 cm and 20cm(P<0.05),The change indicating that the limb was swollen to eliminate.There was a difference in the diameter of the same part between the groups at different time points(P<0.05),indicating that the onset time of the drug was different,and the degree of swelling was different.Conclusion:According to the above analysis,it can be concluded that Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction and Five Substances Powder with Poria can be used to repair the swelling of shoulder after rotator cuff tear arthroscopic repair.The curative effect was better than that of single Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction and Five Substances Powder with Poria.The short-term curative effect was not as good as mannitol,but there was no obvious adverse reaction in the course of administration.
