Research On The Emotional Evolution Of Sudden Medical Violence Public Opinion

With the transformation of the financing mode and overlapping mode of the medical industry,the public's dissatisfaction and criticism of the medical industry is increasing day by day,which causes many violent injuries to doctors.While the popularity of new media platform such as weibo not only provides a platform for the free expression of medical violence opinions,but also provides energy storage space for the emotional accumulation of public opinions.If the long-term accumulated emotions are continuously exposed to extreme standpoint,extreme irrational emotions and behaviors are likely to be derived,which will not only aggravate the escalation of doctor-patient conflicts,but also will hinder the healthy development of the medical industry.In view of this,using Thematic literature analysis,Empirical analysis method and Statistical analysis method synthetically to study the emotional evolution mechanism of suddenmedical violence public opinion.The emotional energy domain model is built and its main compositions are emotional sensibility and emotional energy,in order to trackemotional focus of doctor-patient conflicts and tendency of violence of our country.Hence it can provide strong support for the regulation and guidance of medical violence public opinion.The research object is emotion of public view and the core issues of public opinion is emotional evolution of medical violence public opinion.On the basis of consulting a lot of relevant literatures,the key elements which influence the development of public opinion and the evolution stage are establishedfirstly.At the same time,it points out that emotional sensibility and emotional energy are the basises ofemotion of medical public opinion through comprehensive literature analysis.Thereinto,emotional dimension can devide the emotional sensibility and emotional elements can measure the emotional energy of public opinion.On the basis offullyemotioncognization on the medical violence public opinion and its emotion,it uses the emotional dimension as the origin of energy and the emotional feature as the energy wave,so it could build emotional energy domain of sudden medical violence public opinion.Among them,the energetic origin is divided into three dimensions by keywords cloud,which are the self-awareness,the people's livelihood and the social development.Accordingly,the energy wave covers the emotional tendency,the emotional intensity and diffusion velocity to depict emotional energy trend synthetically.Based on the emotional energy domain model,the typical medical violence case "Harbin Injury Incident" is selected in the empirical study,and the results of theanalysis initially reflects the emotional evolution trend and emotional focus of medical violence public opinion.In order to further explore the emotional evolution mechanism of medical violence events,the study fully considers the constructed the energy domain model.The emotional evolution stages are divided by energy wave nodes and emotional evolution trends by the emotional cognitive dimensions of energetic origin,which reasonably indicates the features of the emotional evolution of medical violence public opinions.At the same time,on the basis of the conclusion of the energy domain model and the evolution stage of the life cycle of medical violence public opinion,specific emotional strategies are put forward.Therefore these suggestions could provide reference for relevant departments to do a good job in the prevention and guidance ofmedical violence public opinion.
