Aiming at the status quo of low rate of embryo implantation in in-vitro embryo transfer,a solution based on geometric model of human uterine cavity、numerical simulation of in-vitro embryo transfer and in-vitro embryo transfer simulation experiment has been proposed.Combined with geometrical dimension and fluid mechanics,we used Ansys Fluent to establish the discrete phase simulation model based on multi-phase flow to get the optimal total volume of transplanted fluid and the pressure distribution map of the intrauterine cavity model after the transplanted fluid was injected. The human embryos simulated by different levels of three-parameter combination(the distance between the end of transplantation tube and the bottom of the uterus、injection time and uterine angle)were simulated to research its movement path and the final deposition location in uterine. The best uterine angle interval, the best injection time and the distance between the end of transplantation tube and the bottom of the uterus were obtained by comprehensive analysis of the simulation results, and different uterine angles cause different deposition position is due to different gravities.Based on the basic conclusion of numerical simulation,we set up a platform of in-vitro embryo transfer experiment system to measure the pressure inside the human uterine cavity and in-kind internal pressure of uterine cavity model after the embryo implantation fluid was injected, which were consistent with the pressure inside the uterine cavity model by numerical simulation.Under the condition of different parameters,we carried out in-vitro embryo transfer experiment, analyzed the final deposition position of embryo in uterine, and compared with the result of numerical simulation and further determined the best parameters of each factor. The result and conclusion have an important guiding significance in improving the success rate of clinical pregnancy in in-vitro embryo transfer.
