OBJECTIVE:Evaluated the outcome of the Lich-Gregoir procedure for VUR,VUJO and ectopic ureteral.Analysis the complication and find out predictors factors.METHODS:In all,67 children who underwent Lich-Gregoir procedure for vesico-ureteric reflux(VUR),VUJO and ectopic ureteral between Feb.2010 and Oct.2014 were included in the study.Collected their clinical data through the history of system and used telephone to follow-up their present situations.Analysis the outcome and complications, find out significant predictors of complications.RESULTS:1.Compared the change of ureter diameter with pre-operation and post-operation date, there has a statistically significant difference(P ? 0.05).Compared the anteroposterior diameter with pre-operation and post-operation in VUR or VUJO,either VUR or VUJO has a statistically significant difference(P?0.05).2.Gender,age,ureter diameter were statistically significant predictors of complications in VUR(P?0.05).3.Folding procedure is a statistically significant predictor of complication in ectopic ureter(P=0.01).4.Age is a significant predictor of complication(P=0.015).Younger(?1 years)is as much as 3.5 than older for complications.CONCLUSION:1.Ureteric re-implantation remains a valid option for the treatment of the ureteric disease, and Lich-Gregoir procedure can improve ureter dilation and hydronephrosis.2.Age is a significant factor for complication.Younger(?1 years)is as much as3.5 than older for complication.
