Objective 1.Taking the patients with limb fracture in traffic accident as the research object, the growth process of limb fracture patients after trauma and its main influencing factors were analyzed by using the questionnaire method of non-experimental research design.2.Understand the demographic status, social support and resilience of limb fracture patients in traffic accidents, and the relationship between them.3.To study the clinical basis for intervening in the improvement of the growth level of inpatients with limb fracture after trauma in traffic accidents;to provide the basis for the targeted implementation of treatment and nursing measures by medical staff,so as to improve the overall quality of life of patients, and to reduce family pressure and alleviate social burden.Method From January 1,2018 to December 31,2018,this study collected data from orthopaedic trauma departments of three tertiary hospitals in Hohhot, and distributed questionnaires to 220 patients who strictly followed the exclusion criteria by convenient sampling method.Posttraumatic Growth Inventory(PTGI),General Situation Questionnaire,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and Social Support Questionnaire(SSQ)were used to collect data one by one.Using SPSS21.0 and test level a=0.05 to input and analyze the data obtained from the questionnaire. The main methods of statistical analysis include: the mean(+standard deviation)will be adopted when describing and analyzing the measurement indicators;the t-test method will be used when comparing the data between the two groups with homogeneous variance, and the method of variance analysis will be used when comparing the data between the two groups;and two or more measures will be used when comparing the data between the two groups with homogeneous variance. The relationship between PTGI and variables was analyzed by correlation analysis, and the relationship between PTGI and variables was studied by multiple linear regression analysis. The PTG process and its main influencing factors in patients with limb fracture in sudden traffic accident were elaborated.Result A total of 220 patients with limb fractures who met the exclusion criteria participated in this study. After quality control and data processing,209 questionnaires were collected, including 9 invalid questionnaires and 200 valid questionnaires. The effective recovery rate was 90.90%(1)The Cronbach's alpha coefficient of each dimension of the questionnaire ranges from0.611 to 0.91.All items in the questionnaire are positively correlated with the total score of the questionnaire, which has high reliability and validity.(2)The average score of post-traumatic growth of patients with limb fracture caused by sudden traffic accident was(57.03±16.30),PTG which was the middle level, and the scores of each dimension were as follows: relationship with others(11.79±5.68).New possibilities(9.67±4.77),personal strength(8.23 ± 2.78),life perception factors(19.60 ± 5.03),self-transformation factors(9.48±4.36)(3)The results of univariate variance analysis showed that: age, sex, education, occupation, medical payment, family income per capita, severity of trauma, psychological resilience,The effect of social support on posttraumatic growth was significantly different(P < 0.05).(4)According to the results of correlation analysis,1.Social support scale shows that:(1)there is a correlation between self-transformation factor and subjective support dimension;(2)there is a correlation between life perception factor and the utilization of social support;(3)there is a correlation between relationship factor and the utilization of social support;(4)there is a correlation between new possibility factor and the utilization of social support.Quantity is correlated.2.Psychological Resilience Scale shows that:(1)there is correlation between self-transformation factor and optimism factor;(2)there is correlation between life perception factor and optimism factor;(3)there is correlation between personal strength factor and optimism factor;(4)there is correlation between new possibility factor and resilience factor.(5)According to the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the severity of post-trauma,cultural status, average family income and age had significant influence on the growth of post-traumatic patients(P <0.05).conclusion(1)Traffic injury patients with limb fracture: age, gender, degree of literary illness, per capita family income, mode of medical payment, severity of trauma, social support and resilience are protective factors of PTG.(2)Medical staff and relatives and friends are not only concerned about the treatment of the disease itself of the patients with traffic injuries and limb fractures. At the same time,we should suggest a more perfect system to enable patients to get more social support,so as to improve patients' psychological resilience, promote more post-traumatic growth from now on,make them actively and optimistically cooperate with treatment, improve their quality of life, and better return.Social.
