Objective To study the effect of the changes of the level of blood lipid in the pregnancy on the hypertensive disorder during pregnancy and the law of the change of the level of blood lipid in the patients with high blood pressure during pregnancy.Methods 498 cases of pregnant women who were pregnant in our hospital from January2014 to December 2015 were selected as the subject of the study.The pregnancy test was diagnosed as the HDP in the pregnant hypertensive patients after 20 weeks of pregnancy.The normal subjects with normal blood pressure in the same period were Non-HDP,and the pregestational fat(TG)was analyzed.the relationship between total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein(HDL),low-density lipoprotein(LDL)and HDP,follow-up in the late pregnancy,the effect of four levels of blood lipid on HDP before and after pregnancy,and follow-up to the population after a year to study the postpartum blood pressure of the population,The change of blood lipid level.Analysis of the software using the spss17.0statistical analysis:The level of the level of blood lipid changes before and after the pregnancy is expressed by the difference of the "Post-pregnancy dyslipidemiapregestational dyslipidemia".The level of blood lipid level changes in the following year is represented by the difference of the "Pre-natal value-one-year post-natal value".The mean square standard deviation is used for the measurement data,and t-test is adopted between the groups.The chi-square test was used in the counting data,and the difference of P <0.05(double-sided test)was statistically significant,and the factors influencing HDP were selected by logistic regression analysis of multiple factors.Results 1 The relationship between pre-pregnancy lipid level and HDP: age and FBG are the influencing factors of TG;FBG is the influence factor of TG;both gestational weeks and FBG are the influential factors of LDL,and the incidence of HDP in the pre-pregnancy TG of ?0.8mmol/L is higher than TG<0.8 mmol/L,and the difference is of statistical significance.The multi-factor logistic regression analysis suggested that the level of blood lipid before pregnancy was not associated with HDP.2 The changes of serum lipid level in pregnancy and HDP:the level of FBG?4mmol/L TG increased,FBG?4mmol/L HDL increased,the difference was statistically significant,and the increase of TG,TC and LDL in patients with hypertensive disorder during pregnancy was significantly higher than those of normal pregnancy,TC,TG,LDL is the risk factor of HDP,and HDL is the protective factor of HDP,and the change trend of blood lipid level in pregnancy and the multi-factor analysis of HDP relationship: the risk factor or value of HDP is 3.92(95% CI:1.208~13.198).The risk factor or value of HDP was found to be 6.347(95% CI:1.777~22.673)after the age and FBG were corrected.3 The age of the relationship between HDP and the level of blood lipid in one year after delivery and FBG is the influence factor of HDP.The decrease of HDP in the HDP group is higher than that of Non-HDP in one year after the delivery.The decrease of the HDL in the HDP group is higher than that of the Non-HDP.The difference of LDL,systolic and diastolic blood pressure was higher than that of Non-HDP(P<0.05),while HDP in HDP was lower than that of Non-HDP group(P> 0.05).The relationship between HDP and HDP was 3.338 times higher than that of Non-HDP,and the risk of HDP in HDP was 3.301 times higher than that of Non-HDP.The relationship between them is of statistical significance.Conclusion 1 The increase of TG,TC,LDL in serum of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy was significantly higher than that of normal controls,but the increase of HDL was significantly lower than that of normal pregnant women.2 The increase of LDL was the risk factor of HDP.3 The increase of HDL was the protective factor of HDP.One year after delivery,the TG,TC,LDL of HDP patients was still higher than that of Non-HDP patients,and the HDL was lower than that of Non-HDP patients,and the risk rate of abnormal TG,TC,LDL,HDL in HDP patients was higher than that in Non-HDP patients.Figure 0;Table 16;Reference 95...
