Objectives Through the establishment of the three-dimensional model of the distal tibiofibular bone, the relevant digital measurement was carried out and applied to the clinic, providing anatomic data reference for the ankle point reconstruction. Methods 1 Select 100 cases of normal adult volunteers,50 cases of male,50 cases of female,CT scan, the scanning layer thickness is 1.25 mm,and the scanning interval is 1.25 mm,reconstruction of thick 0.625 mm,rebuild the spacing of 0.625 mm,Fov 30 ?30mm,matrix 512 ?512dpi,the tube voltage 120 kv,current 250 MA,will scan the original data in DICOM format important PC computer, use Mimics21.0 and measuring line postprocessing software,three-dimensional reconstruction and statistical ana lysis.2.The X-ray film of the ankle X-ray was collected, and the normal value of the normal value and the last follow-up value was analyzed, and the optimal rate of the postoperative recovery was analyzed according to the method of the mazur ankle joint function score. Results 1 The results showed that the normal adult ankle hole height, ankle width, ankle depth, and lower tibial were significant gender differences(P<0.05),There were no significant gender differences in coronal angular, sagittal angular, lower tibiofibular overlap and medial ankle space(P>0.05).2 The parameters of the far end of the tibia were grouped by the left and right sides, and the results showed no statistical difference(P>0.05).3 There was a significant gender difference in height and weight by gender(P<0.05).Male height was positively correlated with ankle point height(R=0.586,P<0.01),while male weight was positively correlated with ankle point height and ankle point depth(R=0.357,0.392,P<0.05).Female height was positively correlated with ankle point height, ankle point width and ankle point depth(R=0.292,0.330,0.291,P<0.05).Height and weight were not significantly correlated with coronal angular, sagittal angular, lower tibiofibular overlap, and medial ankle space(P>0.05).There was no significant correlation between height, weight and crown Angle, sagittal Angle, lower tibial, and the medial interval of the ankle.4 The parameters of the previous follow-up of male and female follow-up were no significant difference. The optimal rate of treatment for patients with surgery was 95.2%,and the female was 92.3%,and the overall optimal rate was 94.1%.Conclusions 1 This study provides a reference for anatomic reduction of ankle point reconstruction, especially for parameters with gender differences, which should vary with gender, and the patient's height and weight are also correlated with the morphology of the distal tibiofibular bone, which can be considered as factors for ankle point reconstruction.2 The optimal rate of recovery was more than 90 percent, with a clinical reference price for the normal value of the normal value of the pilon fracture.Figure24;Table9;Reference 107...
