| Objective:To clarify the effect of intra-arterial chemotherapy on the survival outcomes of advanced gastric cancer.Methods:We searched CochraneLibrary、PubMed、EMbase、CBM、CNKI、VIP and WanFangData for randomized control clinical trials and retrospective studies published until 2018 that compared IAAC containing strategies with IAAC-free strategies in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Results:IAAC significantly increased the 1-5 year survival rates（RR=1.84,95%CI:[1.24,2.73],P=0.002）and R0 resection rates（RR=0.25,95%CI:[0.19,0.32],P<0.01）.Conclusion:The current evidence indicates that IAAC improve the prognosis of patients with advanced gastric cancer.Worthy of clinical usage.But we still need more high-quality,large-sample studies. |
