The Mechanism,Prevention And Treatment Of Chest Pain Induced By Hemodialysis

Hemodialysis,or HD is the primary treatment to end stage renal disease(ESRD).The incidence rate of chest pain induced by HD is more than 4%,and it tends to increase year by year.The cause and mechanism of chest pain induced by HD are complex,mainly involving myocardial damage,cardiac failure,acute pericarditis,air embolism and allergy induced by HD.Other infrequent causes include coronary artery-subclavian blood steal syndrome,hemolytic reaction,such trauma as catheter dislocation,cardiorenal syndrome,herpes zoster,costal chondritis,renal osteodystrophy,and so on.Thereinto,chest pain caused by myocardial damage which are induced by HD can be divided into angina,myocardium stunning,myocardial infarction and sudden cardiac death.Since the causes of chest pain induced by HD are different,there are also differences in respects of clinical manifestation,diagnostic criteria,incidence rate,occurrence mechanism,therapeutic method and precautionary measures,which are reviewed in this thesis.
