Objective To explore the feasibility, safety and effectiveness of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in laparoscopic splenectomy.Method Retrospective analysis of patients with splenomegaly and hypersplenism who underwent laparoscopic splenectomy in our hospital from September 2016 to August 2018(91 cases). They were divided into two groups according to the perioperative management plan(ERAS group and control group). The ERAS group was managed by ERAS strategy(52cases),while the control group was treated with traditional surgery management strategy(39 cases).Through the laboratory indicators and various clinical indicators, the postoperative hospital stay, complication rate and rehabilitation of the two groups were analyzed.Result All the 91 patients successfully completed the operation.Compared with the control group, the patients in the ERAS group had higher levels of nutritional indicators after surgery, and the recovery time of postoperative gastrointestinal function was shorter than that of the controlgroup. However, there is no obvious advantage in the postoperative hospital stay, incidence of complications, postoperative abdominal drainage tube placement time time and so on.Conclusion The application of enhanced recovery after surgery in laparoscopic splenectomy is safe and feasible. It has achieved good results in clinical practice, but the number of cases in this study is small, the application of enhanced recovery after surgery in laparoscopic splenectomy still needs further exploration. The measures need more evidence-based medical evidence to support. |
